Like how you made the circles! More than one way to get the same result... I find the offset tool allows me to get the same result that's fast and repeatable! Great work!
Did you remember that you can hold the shift key while drawing your circle or a square to keep it a circle or square regardless of where you move your mouse. Like the video. Thank you for doing this.
Trying to figure out how to make a wooden coin with graphic and text in the middle (text going around the lower right corner) and then cut it out. But the program seems to want to connect the inner and outer circles as one process, meaning if I have the laser at 100% to cut the outside, it's going to do the same on the text and inner circle. Is there a way I could have the text be there at a lower power to just etch and still do the cutout around the outside? Thanks.

This was helpful! You should do more videos on lightburn.
Love LightBurn, any areas you would like me to cover?
Thanks
how do you hollow out the center of the ornament? This was amazing and extremely helpful.
Offset, group and weld would make this even easier...but both was work. Nice job on the video.
good timing. I've been making ornaments on th K40 for the last two weeks. I hadn't thought about making a state map (Michigan of course).
Cool!
Darn...
Now my little diode laser have to work a lot. Love that!
LOL! Watch this Wed as I will release a video on this being created...

Which keys you used on the 1:55?
Just days after I finished making about 20 ornaments this comes out.
Time for 20 more :-)
Instead of making two circles, why not use the offset function?
I love using lightburn. It helped me out of a pickle the other day.
I wish they had a CNC version! Would buy in in a heart beat!

Your question isn't clear, but use layers with different colors for each thing.
