I’ve been to the hospital probably 7 times but it’s always fall. But this year was bad. I had to be sent to the ICU this time. I had been in there for 2 weeks I think. My mom told me I would have had died. I hate asthma

I went twice to a hospital due to asthma attack in high school. Then the doctor suggested to do swimming lesson, which work best since i had a mild one. Never got asthma attack again for years, except if im in a dusty place. The breath start getting heavy til it made sound. 😅 But, it wont get worse right?

@@okelisha3757it's actually very good for asthma management.
Swimming is the best sport for not only stamina, also for underlying health conditions such as pulmonary disease. It relaxes the muscles and takes stress away. The steam from the warm water opens up airways, also helps with congestion.
When coughing I feel like my lungs blew out.
I never had a very powerful asthma attack but I suffer from it at least once a year. I am really annoyed with it. You get trouble while sleeping, while walking, heavy work is out of the question.
As per Ayurvedic point of view Asthma is called 'Tamak Shwas.' Mainly, Kapha Dosha (Mucous) is imbalanced in this disease. In my practice, I use various medicinal formulations to relieve my patients of this disease. Some of those are Planet Ayurveda's Pranrakshak Choorna and Tulsi Capsules.

I only ever had severe asthma as a young child. It was awful. Many hospital visits, but I got put on medical oxygen each time and never breathed so good.

Thats what i had as a baby. My mom says i was turning randomly red and always coughing really hard. When i was literally about to d!e a doctor gave me a "aerosol" and kept me alive

@@MYNAME-ot7of im sorry for the late answer but i don't have it anymore, it ended when i was six years old. I don't think i've really used any meds but only that one big machine that gave oxygen at home for i think every hours, im not sure tho. You can ask some doctors or a pharmacy you trust
@@MYNAME-ot7of also as a tip, if its really hard for you to run a mile everyday, try running slowly and if you really can't just dont force yourself and stop running. But i think you will get used to it by time if you do it everyday. Keep going you can do it
Got my blood tested and my eosinophils are almost twice the normal range. Been having attacks everyday. Terrible. I sometimes cry cause i thought i might die

I have asthma to all my life. Now my shoulder it is getting worse serious at times. I think I’m joking. I do not feel right in my chest. I have acid reflex to edit all my life. I met my wife. when she was 19 I was 20 We were lovers forever. We’ve been married for 54 years now she has dementia. What should I do?❤
I think I have asthma, everytime I sneeze after an hour I'm having hard time breathing and I hear a whistle in my chest when I breath. When I got a work on ship my allergies stopped for a year and when I got back home it came back and it attacks when I sneeze every single damn day

@@anirudhshrivastava4518 yes.....treatment kar rahi hu , 1 year se koi symptom nhi hai , control mein haii....but inhaler kab tak lena padega....pata nhi....2 year hone bala haii , iss September mein, doctor kahe raha hai , tume asthma hai , or woh doctor lungs specialist hai....per mujhe kuch feel hi nhi hota....
2021 mein breathing problem Hua tha ...thora cough tha...bass..

Bro then use nebulizers they are best if you don't want inhaler puff buy a nebulizer machine and it will be helpful with medications like - Duolin & budecort. Mix both in the nebulizer and take
