bro literally said eat apple in breakfast💀he forgot that he is a doctor☠
Why??
@@rahimm7269 cuz it keeps "doctor away"
Hahaha 😂
Best joke in the world
Love this😂❤
The 3 rules:
1. Every action is a vote for the type of person you want to become.
2. Find intrinsic motivation from having pride in achievements instead of rewarding yourself after the work for extrinsic motivation.
3. Do simple habits like doing 1 push up but give yourself the option to do more of them.
@Daniel Hogg damn np. Your comment brought me back to this video. Didn't realise I got soo many likes 😅
Really great job, buddy. You summed it up so well. 👊🏻
The advice from Mini Habits actually works for me. I used to tell myself to read 1 chapter of a book per day. Failed. Now I tell myself to read AT LEAST 5 pages a day. I've been doing this for almost a month now and I even often read more than 5 pages when I feel like exceeding my (low) expectations.
I feel this is extremely helpful for getting over a reading slump lol
I do almost the same thing, except with me it's four pages. It does work- I've read something like 30 literary books over the last four years.
Another tip: give yourself permission to read an excerpt rather than the entire book. Some works of literature are very intimidating, but if you read just a section you can tackle it. Then you get the broad exposure to literature you want and dip in to some great (but difficult) authors. Anthologies work in exactly this manner.
Here to say even big failures don't need to define you. I failed university intro accounting and intro econ (had a bad semester). I pulled it all back, retook the classes two semesters later, passed both, and ended up getting my CPA with a top Canadian firm 5 years later. You can fail some of the time and still succeed, don't let it define you 💜
Third rule: I love this concept. The brain does not know how to properly perceive things in perspective and for a long period of time. The brain always presents this as one difficult and stressful task, and it is always difficult for us to start doing what we SHOULD do even if we ourselves came up with the idea. 30 push-ups is awfully hard, but only 5 is ridiculously easy, and when we do that we can continue if we WANT to. WANTING and being OBLIGED to do something are completely different things. After 5 push-ups, we overcome the unrealistic idea of the activity and understand it better, at the same time, we do not set ourselves tasks more difficult than "Well, one more push-up." This play with needs and perceptions is wonderful.
I love your content. Not only is it informative but it grows. I have seen your channel for a while now and the content is more relevant and easier to comprehend.
The Ideas in the video are concise yet amazing. Thanks man!
Thank you, we all appreciate the value you packed into just 3 minutes. Very inspiring!
Have 2 of the books, and reread them all the time when needing to restructure and reinforce; appreciate the over view and simplified key nuggets
As a pixel artist, I appreciate the pixel art integration in your videos there. Keep up the good work, dudes!
it's dope that you shifiting into more self improvement topics. keep going
I really love when a video is short and to the point!! yesterday youtube recommended me your other video about procrastination in 3minutes and I liked that as well. So, here it goes, a new follower!!
I recommend checking out and applying the principles of the book Elastic Habits as well. I will help boost your habit framework even more. The book could be less than half as long though…
Love elastic habits! Its the same author as mini habits
I am currently reading Atomic Habits and I truly recommend it! I will also try out the other two books mentioned in the video btw thanks for the info
Thanks for the advice!!!!! I mess up so much. I’ve messed up so many times, but I FINALLY understand what I’ve been doing wrong. Now I have to forgive myself for doing stupid things. Then get on the right track.
Pretty interesting concepts, much appreciation despite your busy schedules 🙏
This was a comment on a different video. I'm just taking advantage of this video being more recent hoping you would read it.
I just stumbled upon your channel half an hour ago and I'm in love. I've only watched the video about tricking your brain and I tried taking it in small steps. I finished the essay I've been procrastinating on for days. Though I really hope you would avoid adding background music to your videos because it gives me anxiety and trouble focusing. I find watching productivity videos with background music to be counterproductive for me at least because music only makes me feel more empty.. and less willing to do things. The information you're providing is already golden, so removing the music really wouldn't lessen the quality of your videos. Hope you would take this into consideration, thanks! Keep going man. You're helping a lot of people
looking forward to this series 💪
This is very cool and well summarized in such a succinct way
Incredible, thank you so much for this lesson 🙏
Wait can you make a video on how you edit your videos lol
Ikr the editing is crazy
@@pacifiky ye, this comment needs more likes and replies so that he can see this comment, we really need a tutorial for this
I'm sure they have a team. they work as doctors, study and are entrepreneurs, so I'm pretty sure they pay someone else that does it.
We used to work on our edits themselves before, but now we have a team that does that.
Doing that "success kid meme" as a celebration is enough for me
Wow, I'm new on this channel, and I really like how you present the ideas to us using great animation! How do you make it? What kind of software do you use?
You never let me go down in studies thank you soo much
Best video ever . That really sounds to be helpful. Love your shorts valuable vidoes .❤
I needed this today. Thanks.
I find that good task management software is indispensable to picking up good habits. I think it's because it helps me remember all I've committed to, and also provides that "small win", since I really enjoy checking off a task and having it disappear as much as anything else I could do. I get to feel I've been successful, even if my physical environment is far from perfect.
Thanks for your comment. Any task management software that you could recommend ?
The Mini Habits is how I started a lot of habits, but one was reading for fun again. All I did was open the book each night. LITERALLY, I did not have to read a word or a sentence, just open to where I would start reading. Naturally our brains bring us to the words :) Now I'm on the ninth book since starting FOR FUN instead of just for school.
Edit: The second point, intrinsic motivation... I didn't realize I was celebrating my wins, but I knew it was releasing dopamine. So that's cool.
The pixel animation is sooooo amazing!!
Short but effective. What a time saver.
great direction for this channel!!
Awesome gamified editing 👌
I guess I'm holding out for Nano Habits...which will surely have to wait until Micro Habits is published...
That tricks and stuffs u said r8 there would be definitely quite useful, thanks in advance ^_^
Thank you mike and mattyyy! I'm a freshman here in University of Cebu Philippines with a course of BS Nursing. Lovelots!
Really helpful, thank you
The edit just teleported me back into my childhood. 🙏
They are very passionate about their videos
@@leadinglifeamaru And it shows!
Guys can you please make a video on learning physics and being able to solving physics problems please
we need more video on habits. To become the better version of my self
I like the way you turned your video into a video game........🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
Do a video about note taking for this kind of books. How can we apply note taking methods for learn more about the book? How to do a mind map from this kind of book? ( everybody show examples of mind maps with medicine topics, we need another’s topic)
Last habit hack was pretty cool
This video reminded me of Habitica 👌 start with stupidly simple habits and once they've been established as habits you can raise the bar 🤝
Habitica is an App that tracks your habits if you're wondering 🤔
If i would be studying instead of scrolling my phone i wouldn't have had end up watching this video.
❤What software do you use to edit videos and effects??? Well done
I love the animation style
Great video!
before watching this video i've been trying to keep up the habit of: 30-35 pushups in the morning, 10 minutes of meditation in the morning, a cold shower, and exposure to sunlight within the first hour of waking up. the meditation is difficult to stay consistent with because sometimes i just dont have the time. maybe make a mini habit of like minimum of 2 minutes of meditation.
Thanks for a short video bro
i've also read all 3! tiny habits was painfully long tho 😭😂
Thanks
Superb !
Bro what's some best books to read for getting started with anything like effectively studying or working on a new project consistently especially in the face of uncertainty of process, self doubt & feeling low ?
Not bro (lol) but I'd say reading any 3 of these habit books can help with the doubt and low feelings. I find I gain confidence just in forming a habit and that regularly doing or studying something is the fastest and most effective way to learn. That's me though, I'm a hands on learner.
@@sourgreendolly7685 Thanks a Ton 💚 I've seen ur other cmnt as well do you have any suggestions for Adhd also as i happen to lose my focus & interest in working sometimes so which videos or books would help in staying purposeful..
OMG LOVE THE STARDEW VALLEY THEME
I love this
thanks
very best informative video
Does anyone know how they create those retro games style video???
Hey can you please make a video on competitive exam like neet , jee like how to study effectively and how to manage time and what should be our time table to ace our exams and what kind of tricks to apply in our studies I request you thank you 😄✌🇮🇳
You should check out our study skills playlist
Good
The third tip is stated in the other 2 books.
Hii all I love this RUclips channel NO DOUBT. But to me it feels like "Self-help Junk mail" when my life becomes systems and systems and systems. Cajun Koi Academy makes helpful content but when you are already stretched out of every last bit of self-discipline(bc you're adopting a new system) stay doing that. Slow down, that is the best self-discipline you can expect from yourself. ❤
Do you use kindle for reading books ?
Yes and love it
The editing is crazy good.
Atomic, Tiny, Mini, next is invisible.
I hope you will add the Arabic translation،I need your advice
what game was that plz?
Fax
👌🏼
Good❤
"Choose something you'd hat yourself for not completing"
ah so everything, got it 😂
(jokes, y'all~ I can't joke when I'm not doing alright dw)
I saw taipei101 it’s cool

Now I know why nothing changes when I award myself 😧 I've just been giving myself and not enjoying
💡
Can you elaborate? What are the things that you have been doing and that you want to change?
@@KoiAcademy nothing much, just buying candy or nothing!!
Floss one tooth 😂😂😂
I liked tiny habits
It's great
The 2 minutes rule is really changing my life in a positive direction.

Why so short videos 📹?
Maybe so we don't procrastinate for too long?
We remember things better in small chunks.
Isn't that like common sense???
Jara like deachho ei video te tader jonne 🙏
Great video !
