I learned a system that helped me make changes in my life through practice, persistence, and patience. This helped me break bad habits, form good habits, and acquire new skills. These were the building blocks to a more fulfilling life ahead of me. This system is comprised of 3 self-development rules that I combined from James Clear, Matt D'avella, and my time working at a startup. I call this the Triple 2 System and I hope it helps you you reach goals.
    🙏 Thanks for watching!

Oh my god, the 2 day rule made SO much sense to me. I beat myself up when I go more than 2 days without continuing a habit I want to form. But when you mentioned that we aren't perfect humans, something clicked for me. I'm going to implement these rules and change my life.

the way i almost asked my mom to help me find a therapist so i can overcome my unproductiveness and procrastination but this video came right on time and the 2 day rule makes so much sense when trying to keep my body healthy

    • @mickaelsflow6774

That doesn't mean you shouldn't see a therapist. Trust. The outside, professional help, a non-judgemental sounding board helps feel less stuck in your mind.
Therapy can help a lot even when you are not currently stuck in life. It will help balance the motivation to non motivation periods. Understanding how you think and react to things.
So again, if you've considered it, don't drop the idea based on a very good and very informative, motivational video. Get the extra help for extra success! You can do it.

I have been to therapy because of procrastination as well and I can recommend it. From my experience tipps like these dont help if you dont do anything. The therapy can help you set goals each week and the next week you have someone that can control how your doing. If you are an extreme procrastinator like me, these 'being productive' tipps arent enough for us. Also its possible that adhd or depression are the reason for the procratination and in this case it wont be helpful as well. I wish you all the best❤😊
