My personal opinion as a begginer still. If there is a lot of light i think aperture priority mode is better than manual. I think manual should be reserved for night photography or shots that dont need to be rushed so you can set your exposure right

I can't randomly give an answer without looking at the light. Anyways f/8, ISO 100, 1/200th would be a good starting point. It depends on the light
