The man was a damn tank, in the end, it took THREE Praetorian Guards, the guys that give Jedi a run for their money, to take him down, and he nearly killed one of them after being stabbed through the chest.
Pav Vizla's story arc doesn't end with him becoming more moderate and less extremist. His story concludes with his extremism saving his friends' and family's lives.
You're definitely going to see him again, they didn't just create him for content filler. They put too much into making us know who he is and care what happens to him for him to be a throwaway character. Who can say when it'll pay off. We may not see the kid again, but we'll definitely see the character.
When he got first shown in Season 1 I was immediately „in Love“. Finally a buff mandalorian that I can cosplay without it being weird towering over the Chewbacca-Cosplayer and stuff. And of course he is the most badass. If Grogu wasn’t with Din, Paz would be my favorite.

There was Pre Vizsla, who died in a one on one with Darth Maul, and now there's Paz Vizsla, who died while buying time for his fellow Mandalorians. I am honestly a little bit afraid that this clan could go extinct, we don't know how many members of it are left.
His clan of "zealot extremists" are the only clan that I'm aware of that kept the warrior Faith alive in Disney's ridiculous direction of pacifism for the dutches.. regardless of Their misfortunes they have my gratitude... This is the way!
I think the they would sent more troops in to help the Praetorian Guards. It's a lose-lose situation for Mandalorians, it's an imperial base with a garrison and communication jammer.

It seems obvious that the very first flagship the Mandalorians build be named the "Paz Vizsla". A fitting tribute to one of the greatest heroes of the Battle for Mandalore! Make that sucker a capitol ship BEAST orbiting Mandalore, as a warning to others. Its primary weapons being a "Dark Saber" beam, & railguns that fire Besgar-tipped penetrating nukes.
I was a heavy gunner my entire time in the military. I really resonated with Paz, especially his scene vs moth giddeons new troopers. So sad to see him go but I'm glad he got many glorious kills along the way.
