I never cared for LG back in the day, I curiously looked at a video interview with him recently and now can see why so many people loved him. He shines with joy and optimism and strikes me as a most genuine, sincere person. RIP Laz ❤️
Larry was one of the tv stars that came across as absolutely genuine you just get the feeling that he was the exact same off screen as on, sadly missed from an era when tv entertainers truly did entertain. RIP Larry.
Benny Hill called Grayson "First Thug" in a Bill credits parody but i've never heard Grayson bitch about Benny in public so i guess it was all done in cliquey circles away from the medias eye.
Juggie thanks for posting. Do keep on. Larry Grayson was unprecedented, unique and unequalled. There’ll never be another. RIP.

Such a fantastic warm hearted man... He was so underrated though and not treasured by the BBC.... shame on them.

Warm, kind, generous, friendly - the wonderful Larry - what a shame he's gone.

Thanks for posting these gems. What was the name of the show that was edited out of the clip, the 1972 appearance?
The show was "Saturday Variety" 😉
@@JuggiesArchiveCheers
@@JuggiesArchive What did he doing in that clip?
@@andersmarklund4211 He appeared on the 1972 TV show "Saturday Variety", doing his comedy routine (jokes etc)
Do you have any separate clip from Saturday Variety?
Amazing how the 'queen' was often interviewed by those in the closet
Another wrongun
Yet your watching clips of him from 30+ years ago
?
Yes, you wouldn’t know what it’s like to be a lovable man.
Never a whiff of scandal about this legend. I wonder if we examined your life, we could say the same? We already know you like internet trolling.
People that think like you are the worst of the "Wrong - one's " I'd say?! :-)
