Whitney in her prime had a voice that is untouchable in the history of popular music. On her 'The Greatest Love Tour' in 1986 she delievered some of the most devestating LIVE performances I've ever heard. Till this day I've never heard anyone else do what she did on that tour. Her voice was so supernatural that its defies reason. She is the greatest voice of her generation!
As a songwriter and fan ......I will always love Whitney! She may be gone from Earth but, not From our hearts. I will listen to her music or sing one of her songs everyday for the rest of my life in tribute to the most captivating and talented vocalist of my lifetime. I am blessed to have been alive during her lifetime. I have never been blessed enough to see her in concert live but, I will keep writing songs and playing her music as it has inspired me to call on God first and love one another whole-heartedly.
