Morning Baz really enjoying the plant repair videos and the way you explain what you’re doing and the methods of the repair having never worked on plant, nice effort cal with your welding keep up the great videos.
I've now consumed every video so far. Been following Asheville for years now and started following you after rebuilding his bucket. Without doubt the best channel for authenticity and for passing on experience and knowledge to the younger generation. Keep up the great work Baz!
Sunday morning is You Tube morning catching up on all my favourite RUclipsrs. I always start off with our good friend Daniel Luisi Fortnite this morning Baz I pressed your video first great content my love it now I’m going to watch Mr Luisi😊😊😊
Another amazing episode! Also came over from Ashville when you did the bucket. I only do some hobby welding, but learning a lot here! Keep it coming. Greetings from the Netherlands!
Pranging a wagon is bad enough ..... but a nice shiny new one!!! Unforgiveable. I'm an owner driver, my sites are private so I've never needed a ticket and of course - I began so long ago, you didn't need one - you did whatever you proved you could do. But one time, just before I retired, we had about a three week hold up on a job I was on and the next site, about two miles down the road came into us begging for help - it worked out well. My ticketlessness wasn't deemed a problem but it was a good job that I hadn't bigged myself up too much because the Guv'nor put me in the machine - a Zaxis 180 with 6 hours on the clock and said he had a train of wagons coming in all day - most of 'em also new. Site was well organised so I had radio to the drivers so none of the old fashioned hand signals - nice and easy - digging and clearing a load of much for an attenuation tank. Later on, I met some of the drivers in the tea hut - a nod, and a hello mate - you the new digger driver. And when I confirmed they said that they wanted me on all their jobs - in and out quick, no overloads, no muck over the headboard or bashed sides. I'm still living on that🤪🤪🤪
Great work baz as always by you and your team. I Recently subbed to your channel coming over from Ashville's channel for the loading bucket repair. Since then I've watched all your previous RUclips videos and I'm hooked. now it's always a fun weekend with videos released from welderfabber on Saturday and Ashville on sunday. 😊
I envy your workers. They have the rare opportunity of learning from a true master. Problem solver extraordinaire who generously shares his wisdom, experience and skills. We have some in Australia, including Curtis and Karen from Cutting Edge Engineering. Your hard work humbles viewers with carpet-strolling (office bound) jobs. Stay safe and be very proud of you achievements. Aussie Al.
Absolutely love this channel and the work that Baz and the team does! Follow you on everything its all real stuff by a hard working genuine bloke! Keep it up Baz!
Baz, I do the same type of work as you, first time I’ve seen the left hand drill bit extraction. I always say with slag you drag. Great work director and Baz!
Cracking Video again Baz Merch is looking fire to! great to see you giving Cal support and a opportunity to better his skills. looks like a great repair on the tipper too!
I like to see how we as mechanics/fabricators deal with faults on the fly nothing like flexing the brain and getting machines back in service. I wish I had a work team like you have
Great to see cal learning stick welding. You are a great teacher. My mate teaching me says the same as you. Push the rod in keep the arc short. Must be the same for most learners. Your content gets better every week well done great effort.😃💪🤙
Hi Baz, like I've said to Daniel at ashville your videos are testament to your hard work and effort. There is so much to learn from grafters like yourselves. I used to work for a tipper firm called Ardula which sadly went into administration a year ago. Keep up the good work shame I don't live closer would love a job at fox/hurt as I'm multi talented mechanic scaffolder tipper driver and plant operator...
Another insight into the world of Baz Welderfabber I find your down to earth approach gets the job done. Love how your mentoring Callum. Daniel sent me over to your channel and i'm glad he did. Crack on lad on to the next job.
Another Good video it’s good to know tips about stick welding like pulling and not pushing welds unless vertical hopefully you can teach more about welding in future. I haven’t welded yet but I know this info will come in handy when I do 👍
Morning Baz , watching from Saudi Arabia., Gaffer -from Wigan area-staying next apartment in the accommodation block put me on to your RUclips channel . Enjoying the chronicles. Chapters , short clips 👍🏼
Howdy Baz , Cals coming on . Mucka some one stoves the side of your truck in and you don't ask a name ??? Dodgy. Great video . Thank you for taking us along 👍👍
Amazing video as always! For starting 7018 stick rods- I find if you start maybe a centimeter in front of where you really want to start and then quickly drag back, you can avoid porosity/pinholes. It basically preheats the rod. Also, to clean up the slag on welds, check out a cheap tool called a needle scalar. Keep up the great work! -John from the USA
Great upload. Good job on the tipper repair, reckon the lad that damaged it needs to learn how much force an excavator can have when he’s trapped between the bucket and the floor!!
Brilliant content Baz,you sure are a great craftsman with all the different techniques for every situation you encounter. Fellow Asheville subscriber👍👍
Love your content BAZ...cheers from Florida, USA....Paul..hats off to the 'Director' I laugh when he nods the camera to answer yes or know....p.s. my Mom's family name is FOX....maybe that is why I love your show....????, nah,,,,you guys are great...

As a trainer, did like the way you allowed callum to welder, without you hoovering over his shoulder, a little guidances at first, no need to add to the trainees stress, well done, lead by example, cheers
