I'm a 19 y.o girl I was pregnant....then the baby passed away in my stomach I had a miscarriage ever since then I couldn't sleep I felt like I could have done more to save my baby...but when I found this playlist I started sleeping more I started socializing more and even actually eating ....only downside is that if I don't listen to it I'm not motivated to no nothing and idk if it's because I'm not coping the right way but u guys are helping alot❤❤❤
