Im currently locked up due a suïcide attempt im struggling with depression and ptsd. My relationship is falling apart because of my own mental health and because of my own inscurities and fears. Everything has been so overwhelming and painful Its currently 4 in the morning and im tired. But this music and the whole vibe just gives me a sense of peace and a general feeling that everything is gonna be okay. Because turns out co-dependency isn't a good friendship it just seems like you could never quit those people, but you can and sometimes you have to. I know it's so hard to ear because when you're in it it just feels like life can never get better because you already were at your worst. Sometimes people are just toxic and you don't realize it and if they don't fight or even just want to be in your life just let them go. Nobody is special enough to ruin your life. The most important and unique person in your life is you. So please love yourself, or try to, and take care of yourself. Love u ❤️
