Thanks for the great review, especially regarding having no turbo. I am seriously thinking about getting this car.... What top speed did you get it to (and I guess this is where your 8L/100 kms was seen)?
If I remember correctly we got it up to... 180? Maybe a bit more. But that wasn't a top speed run and the 8L/100 is mostly highway normal driving. The downside of not having a turbo is that you really need to step on it and shift to lower gears if you want torque at higher speeds.

With these naturally aspirated engines (ignoring the small supercharger on the X), it's really quite difficult to tell a difference, especially when not driving the cars side-by-side. I would say the X is worth it if you can get a good deal on it versus the G150. Both are lovely engines and both can be very frugal, but the X is a tiny bit more lively at the top RPMs.
i love the soul red crystal, i love the way the colour transcends into different shades as the light source changes ...

I'd rather be slow but not have turbo engine, especially after having driven utter Italian garbage-mobil
