16 weeks out beltless paused squat training 300kg x 5 PR, 701lbs x 1, 701lbs x 2

  • Felt pretty strong today worked up to 661lbs x 5 paused and beltless, then decided to jump to 701lbs for my next set in which I screwed up the walkout. I ended up re-racking after the first rep and finishing the 3 reps on the following set. Next 2 weeks I will add a belt but still pause my squats.
