  • We removed the dome of Richard's hearing aid from the ear canal after it got stuck in his ear. This is the fastest we have ever removed an ear canal foreign body on video. He finds that the tube does not stay in his ear unless he pushes it far in the canal. He will be careful not to push in so far after this.

Thanks, Pam. We try to get the patients who will bring that out.

We need some patients who are in need of longer procedures. We don't get nearly enough Dr. Vaughan with the short ones. (I like any/all vids you post. This is not intended as a criticism.) But we need more of the doc! :)

I have started lecture my mom about not pushing her hearing aides in too far because of these videos.

I still stand by my original argument, that the design of those are awful! And that they should be made so that this can't happen. However it is always a pleasure to watch you and your patient interaction! I noticed the poll in the video about vid con and I would love to have answered that I would love to go, however it's not really an option for me living all the way over here plus the fact that I'm disabled. I think it would be awesome if you were to go However it would get you out there and maybe help bring more subscribers! If you do go though then I think you have to record it! Oh and invite Dr Buhl 😂 X Claire X

Thanks, Claire. Did you know there will be a VidCon in Europe next year? It will be in Amsterdam.

Really 🤔 might have a look into that but it'll all depend on my health really as I'm not the healthiest of people at the moment. If you go to Vidcon will you record a vlog about it? X Claire X

+Elisha Barrows These three recent videos are equal to the entire last 10 years of my practice for the number of hearing aid parts getting stuck.
