I think mr wisemen's question was misunderstood. to me it sounded like he was asking how often he needed to come get his ears done and dr vaughan thought he meant how many patients come in how often for this.

How wonderful that you can treat a former teacher! The way you talk and interact with your patients is great. Is there a way to tell if you need your ears cleaned? Sounds like a dumb question but I'm pushing 56 and at times I have a hard time hearing and I'm not a Q tip person so I don't think I have pushed in and built up a plug so to speak.
Examination of the patency of the external ear canal is part of the work up for hearing loss.

It's funny how I've become actual friends with people who were my friends parents or my school teachers and I still find it difficult (feels disrespectful) to call them by their first name even though we text & go to lunch, etc..
How are you liking your new tools Dr. Vaughan? (I hope I spelled your name correctly?) I've been curious about that?
And lastly are you in Aubern Ca? (up above Sacto?) I'll be fairly close to there for the next few months. I'd like a dr that I would feel comfortable with....already knowing what techniques you use and your gentle touch.

I can't find the attachment for my phone like you have....Any suggestions
About how many times do you usually irrigate before clearing the wax? I use the same irrigation machine at work and it takes forever, sometimes 10-20+ times to get it all out. Watching your technique for any improvements I can make, thanks!
can you buy the bit that goes onto your phone to look down ears
