It is way more sustainable than any caloric restriction diet, and it really helps with endurance running, never hit a wall anymore, you just gotta be disciplined enough to stay on it

The best fitness plan is eat within a 6 hour window and fast. When your insulin level drops your glucagon hormone rises which puts you in to fat burning mode during your fasting period. You can tide yourself over until you eat again with sleep, drinking 0 calorie drinks and teas. And as you get used to that you can start eating healthier within the 6 hour eating window as well to amp up the weight loss. Its amazing for diabetes as well.

Joey you gotta get a calorie amount to stick to for you i would say 2700 cuz your bigger person stick to it let your body get use to it you might gain 6 pounds but you will lose more when you add in your workouts the point is to have consistent amount of calories with consistent workouts

Memory was not affected in meat eaters, and 60% improved in non-meat eaters. You're depriving your brain of nutrients that it evolved to function properly with. If your calories become over 2,500 then you will put on weight....If you eat less than 2,500 calories you will lose weight. One large pizza is 2,500 calories , then you have a drink, and some garlic bread..You are already at 3,000 calories and you haven't included breakfast or dinner....Switch that pizza for a sub roll and it will be 500 calories and you can still eat your dinner and breakfast not being close to 2,500...Before you eat just look at the back of the packet for how many calories there is

When you get to healthy weight they have a plan for you to keep it there and eat healthy. I don't know about the skinny, but I'm sure the same process would work for anorexia etc

I get up to like 240 when I go off the rails for a few months, I can see how you could get to 300.
when you get fat , you also get lazy and complacent, you don’t exercise you just eat whole pizzas or works burger and fries with a sod a regularly.
I’m now down to 195lbs running 5 miles , working out every day.
