      Naw its all your mindset. My dad died last month. My mom is a gambling alcoholic. I was neglected as a child. But man life is great!😂 Theres ups and downs man.
      It sounds corny but appreciate the little things like beautiful sunsets. And focus on your health. Everything else will fall into place💜👽 Eat a 🍄 or something😂

      Don’t even know what that means. They just wake up in their bed with shitty friends they lie to, a job they hate, family they don’t trust... they’re tired before and after work... for them, masturbation and food are really all they have at those times. I’ve been there. Once I stopped lying, switched my mindset, and switched my job and friends, BOOM that void went away. But most people don’t have any idea where to start. All they know is that cupcakes feel better than conversation with their friends, boss, and family. Sad.

      Its easy to get caught up in misery, but I feel theres a purpose to it. We should try to understand it rather than run from it(And run to Junk Food/ Drugs)

      I mean losing over a hundred pounds as a guy who still really enjoys life, I can relate to him more than some shredded guy telling me about my macros. Don't get me wrong I don't think there's any one size fits all solution but I do think that flexibility in a diet is good for most people because with flexibility it becomes more about lifestyle change and viewing food differently overall

      Jack Hovatter I agree, I still think weight watchers is bullshit though, the zero points food is misleading if you aren’t informed, salmon fillet, 2 eggs and a banana at lunch is 550 calories, then some will eat 41 points of garbage

      @@Cornwall1888 Agreed I think though the idea is to fill up on those less damaging foods in order to try and eat healthier without starving yourself. But its a fair point the big change for me was intermittent fast lost 40 lbs in like 3 months then the holidays hit I just got back to it yesterday (gained 10 back). For me the best solution was "just eat less asshole" but its different for everyone.

      @CriticalZero not really bro, if you will eat your daily calorie intake in processed foods you can end up with Diabetes too. It’s not overeating and obesity that is causing diabetes, it’s foods with high glycemic index, meals that cause sugar spike, irregular eating, destabilizing your insulin production, that can happen even when you follow your calories in/out, iifym diet whatever.

    15:47 Joey, drinking water is essential to weight loss and when you drink water it does not increase fat content in your body, just water weight. Which, ironically, if you don’t drink enough water, you retain water, which causes puffiness and bloating.

    He is so right about the Keto diet, it's not sustainable. it might work for a month to even a year but you'll always fall off eventually.

      How many carbs a day do you eat on keto? I don't think it's realistic to give up all carbs, but it helps to limit them. I'm never going to say "I'll never eat pasta or potatoes again," but I can eat them less often and in smaller proportions.

      I tried it with fasting for 3 months and lost fifty pounds, celebrated graduating from fat fuck to just a few pounds overweight by eating some buffalo wings and the shits alone made me quit my god that diet will fry your fat but yeah I’m not sure it’s so good for you. Also if you are reading this and want to try one thing that took me a long time to figure out was as I lost a ton of weight I got rashes particularly on my low back, I guess the toxins you are breaking down and sweating that were trapped in your fat get released.

      Been doing it for two or three years, sometimes I eat whole grains with dinner, but even with that less than 50-70g a day. It is way more sustainable than any caloric restriction diet, and it really helps with endurance running, never hit a wall anymore, you just gotta be disciplined enough to stay on it

      I allow myself what I call a wild card meal per week.
      I eat clean the rest of the time 500-800 calories below my maintenance level.
      240lbs down to 198lbs .

    This weight watchers system is weird. Seems like within it you would be able to construct your diet in such a way that you would eat like 5k calories a day while barely getting any points. And then you would wonder why the hell you're gaining weight even though you're staying well within your point limit.

      1. Learn to cook for yourself if you dont already
      2. Find out what your triggers are
      3. Try and find someone who is trying to do the same thing to help keep you accountable
      4. Get into the habit of drinking lots of water,Flat,tap,flavoured,sparkling all of it
      5. Remember it isn't a sprint its a marathon, you dont need to quit everything cold Turkey and white knuckle your way to weight loss, it can be an enjoyable process if done properly

      @@JJ-me4yu I've been on it for just over a month I'm doing a 20 hour fasting with 4 hour eating 1 or 2 meals a day. Yeah man I've come to realise people are gluttonous as fuck and there is no real need for 3 squares a day unless you are an elite athlete.
      That being said...people use food as a coping mechanism and it's tough to get out of old habits especially lifestyle shit. Well done to you for sticking to it even if it is just during the week that's all you need to do really.

      Think about it, if you could eat fried chicken all day till you were full vs eating boiled chicken with salt and pepper all day. Which one will you eat more of??
      You can eat you dont need to starve you just need to eat the correct foods. Thats where this idea of free food comes from

    The best fitness plan is eat within a 6 hour window and fast. When your insulin level drops your glucagon hormone rises which puts you in to fat burning mode during your fasting period. You can tide yourself over until you eat again with sleep, drinking 0 calorie drinks and teas. And as you get used to that you can start eating healthier within the 6 hour eating window as well to amp up the weight loss. Its amazing for diabetes as well.

    Joey you gotta get a calorie amount to stick to for you i would say 2700 cuz your bigger person stick to it let your body get use to it you might gain 6 pounds but you will lose more when you add in your workouts the point is to have consistent amount of calories with consistent workouts

Memory was not affected in meat eaters, and 60% improved in non-meat eaters. You're depriving your brain of nutrients that it evolved to function properly with. Not eating meat literally makes you less intelligent.

    Simple exercise every day.... eat a nice egg breakfast. Sandwich for lunch whatever you like... some meat and veggies for dinner... snack on some fruit during the day boom you’ll be Ight

    Hey listen...... You can eat ANYTHING you desire....If you maintain 2,500 calories a day you wont gain any weight what so ever... If your calories become over 2,500 then you will put on weight....If you eat less than 2,500 calories you will lose weight. One large pizza is 2,500 calories , then you have a drink, and some garlic bread..You are already at 3,000 calories and you haven't included breakfast or dinner....Switch that pizza for a sub roll and it will be 500 calories and you can still eat your dinner and breakfast not being close to 2,500...Before you eat just look at the back of the packet for how many calories there is

Losing a massive amount of weight, curing addiction -- anything that requires you to make a massive change in your routine -- can be really difficult. That's all I'm trying to say

    Our species diet is to be CARNIVORE. But all species pretty much can eat whatever to survive. But that dont mean we should eat those foods. We should be eating only animal products to feel awesome & healthy.

      When you get to healthy weight they have a plan for you to keep it there and eat healthy. I don't know about the skinny, but I'm sure the same process would work for anorexia etc

      No such thing as fast or slow metabolism. You have a 'bad' metabolism because you don't absorb calories like a fat person does.
      Fat people have great metabolisms. Their bodies use little energy and work efficiently.

      Man its easier than you think😂 But when I gained 40lbs it was from stress eating. Eating junkfood at like 10-11pm. Eating whole Dominos pizzas. You really gotta be mindful of what you eat!

      I get up to like 240 when I go off the rails for a few months, I can see how you could get to 300.
      when you get fat , you also get lazy and complacent, you don’t exercise you just eat whole pizzas or works burger and fries with a sod a regularly.
      I’m now down to 195lbs running 5 miles , working out every day.
      However once a junky always a junky.
