    I would just like to emphasise that elimination diets may be triggering for people who suffer or have suffered from eating disorders. Please always use guidance from a professional nutritionist, registered dietitian or GI doctor.

    It really seems you have told MY story. I went through all of your same stages in the same order, and in the end I came to the same conclusion: onions are a big no to me. They make me bloated and make me feel like a burning pain. Thank you for sharing this!

    Yes please make a video going through the low fod map process! I'm 18 and been having the worst bloating for about a month. I want to try the low fod map diet however it is a little confusing and would be helpful to have it broken down simply and any simple recipes to do on a daily basis! Thank you for sharing this 🤍

      Thank you so much for your support Ella 💖 I will definitely take note of this and it will be one of my next videos - I definitely know how confusing it may be, just because the research is fairly recent so there's not a lot of resources out there. I'll try to make it as simple as possible :) Have a lovely week! xx

    Oh no! I love that food group. Easy to see why it could cause bloating, they are all stinky gassy foods but they are nearly the backbone of my diet. I do suffer from IBS exacerbated by stress so maybe trying something like this may help me get over my occasional cramping and on-going case of the runs.

    Endometriosis can also make you look or feel bloated so while checking your ovaries you may also want to check that 😅

      I have endometriosis and I often look 7 months pregnant at the end of the day, not exaggerating. It’s painful. Apparently we’re more susceptible to SIBO. When I eat more cruciferous veggies and only organic, free range meat, while eliminating carbs as much as possible- it’s a big help. Also, taking a fulvic mineral supplement (for prebiotics), womens health probiotics with eating a lot of fermented foods, and exercising, then I’m good. I’m not doing much of that right now and it looks like I’ve gained 10 pounds of solid fat in 3 weeks. If I do this for a week, it’ll all go away. Also, drinking beer kills me. Wine and liquor is the only alcohol I can tolerate.

    I have restricted dairy, soy, eggs and meat, excluding poultry. I literally survive out of rice, fruit and vegetables because of my allergies. Like i can't even eat corn or wheat because I can't eat those 😭😭😭😂

    Hi Jessica, I’m absolutely loving your videos. I suffer from IBS and I find the low fodmap diet is great for me.. when I actually follow it haha. I was wondering if you could please link that image of the list of foods and quantities recommended. I can’t find it online. Thanks so much!

      Thank you so much 💖 There's a website and an online image I've linked below from my Low Fodmap video - however, the most up to date source would be the Monash App, although not free! They retest foods periodically so sometimes the advised quantities may change:

    So did you find that the low fodmap diet helped? I loved this vid btw🤍

    • @JessicaVianaa
      @JessicaVianaa  3 года назад +1

      Yes, definitely - I was using onion on everything I cooked and because it's not a "main dish ingredient" it would've been difficult for me to pinpoint that it was the trigger without doing the diet. Ever since I completed the diet and eliminated my trigger foods I haven't had pain or chronic bloating again ever x Thank you for watching, hope this is helpful!
