Funny I had David Kahane as my professor in Philosophy at the University of Alberta 20 years ago. Seems he has not changed his stripes one bit, but only gotten worse. The class was political philosophy and and the whole curriculum was socialist in one way or another. Marx, Dworkin, etc. It seems rather than getting wiser in his old age he doubles down on stupidity. Alway talked in nonsensical language about democratic participation, (for leftists).
