I've been wanting to try making a dessert with ricotta and watching this video made it seem to easy with so many options to choose from. Thanks for sharing!
Another idea could be a little tub of strawberry yoghurt mixed in by hand in the plain Ricotta 👍 The lemon curd one sounds very yummy 😋 I’ll certainly do that one as well. Thanks 🙏

How was it?
@@user-lv4ov5rp6d Good! I like that it's simple and fast.
I made ricotta chocolate mousse once before just because I had ricotta in the fridge. Turned out yummy.
Thanks for the versatile ideas
mmmm yummy!!! looking good!!!
and easy...I want to try!!!
i dont get the texture, it comes out quite solid!!?? you I blend it for longer??
What kind of chocolate is it?
Is that unsweetened chocolate?
Can I use a hand mixer? I don't have a food processor. Thank you.
Yes probably
I make it with lemon (juice and zest), vanilla, honey, brown sugar. Tastes like ice cream.
Have you....or anyone?....made this with dry powdered cocoa? if so, how? ty!
what kind of chocolate - how strong
I would imagine it's milk chocolate since she didn't add any sweetener.
