The Hot Dog Song

It's evident that many of my songs dive into the depths of my love and passions. Yet, I couldn't possibly omit my fervent admiration for hot dogs. To me, they epitomize the perfect culinary delight. Whether savored in their simplicity or adorned with extravagant toppings, they never fail to tantalize the taste buds.
Tricia and I often indulge in life's finest cuisines, yet there are moments when nothing but a hot dog will suffice. In celebrating this love, I can't help but imagine that the legendary Johnny Cash would nod in approval at my ode to such a humble pleasure. While I may never have the honor of Johnny's voice gracing this tune, I'm fortunate to have a worthy alternative in Steve.
It seems I'm now compelled to write a melody dedicated to ice cream as well...
