Include vitamin C rich foods for iron absorption like amla, guava, lemon , tomatoes. If you are non vegetarian, include lean meat , fish , eggs . All these for anemia. Really it's very helpful for me to not start Paleo Diet ,yesterday I saw one video to start Paleo but I was little bit confused about the fat that they intake because I scared, what if its bounce back? Because I'm not too fat now I'm 65 kg but wanted to reduce 12 more kgs .i don't want to get in to something risk. But you're correct we should eat what we have in less quantity.
The weight losing is not a new trend, actually the obesity is the new decease among the youngsters, in those days very rarely the obsessed young boys and girls were seen in our society, but now most of the youngsters are obsessed. The reason may be wrong life style, no exercise , adulterated food and the mobile phone addiction or online addiction. The youngsters who are playing and doing exercise are the exemption.
All are same only paleo vs keto is little bit difference but all 3 same birthday should be a proper asam of people randomly following pillow without a dietitian help or without a blood test and the professional guidance is very very mandatory for paleo and keto but so many people doing a long period keto based this type of youtube it may reflect rongly

Still no clarity on keto or paleo diet which has over fat intake. Especially we are in india which is high in heart attack risks.
Don't skip carb totally.....it's dangerous....many died so rather eat less carb & more vegetables.
