Mike I make chorizo all the time my boys love it. You can make it just like you did I usually make pork chorizo but once it’s done you can add some eggs to it maybe about 4 for the amount of chorizo you did and it makes awesome burritos. You don’t have to drain it, you could also add cheese or potatoes if you wish and that’s great too. Thanks for the video Mike as always it made my night!💙

While you were prepping your dinner tonight it brought back memories of a dog I once had years ago, anyway....one night he got up on the kitchen counter and ate a whole box of red licorice
I am starting to camp out on my own property and I said to myself I'm going to do what the guys do I'm going to eat straight out of the pan LOL.. Oh I also had a step two Modelo beer and it was okay until few hours later step 3 kicked in woke me up. In a few hours after that I think my sleeping bag was way too hot for 60 degrees outside I was in a 8-foot screen tent. I really enjoy watching the different things that you do . I'm not brave enough yet to venture out in the wilderness yet.

Just wanted to let you know that amount of chorizo, if eaten daily with breakfast would usually last three or four days. So when I saw you dump out the whole thing I thought, damn! He really likes chorizo!!! Haha!!! Usually cooked/fried in a very hot pan with a little oil in it. So fry it up then add some scrambled eggs and ANY leftovers you may have. Wrap it up in a tortilla and you’re good. Don’t forget the hot sauce!!!
Next time leave the Pork rinds with the salsa to boil, the chicharon becomes soft, and then you eat them with tortilla as tacos…. And you can add your sour cream, chorizo, chesse, pepper etc… cilantro always give It great flavor….
Hey man, love the content. Use the chipotle peppers from the can and sauce, add some mayo or plain yogurt and blend in a blender, and it’ll be a great dip or spread for fish tacos. Keep up the good work.

I have a simple but very good camp cook recipe you can maybe try out. I do this a lot when we camp and even just for family get togethers at home. It's pork or beef diced up, then cooked with onion, tomatoe, and chipotle chilis. Then served with corn or flour tortillas.
