The Mythos, I just purchased I’m giving away to my niece for her graduation. It’s not a super expensive pen that if it gets lost it’s not the end of the world. Maybe once she is a doctor I’ll give her a more expensive pen😆
I had the Mirage but I couldn't get the nib to work well. I had the distributor exchange the nib but it still wasn't working well. I glad to see yours is nicely tuned.
Im sorry to hear that, mine writes well but does have a decent amount of feedback. While I don’t typically like extra feedback, this one hits a sweet spot for me.
Awesome video!! I have this exact pen, and I love the price point. I'm glad that you haven't experienced any drying out. I've read that the magnetic cap pens don't have an airtight seal vs screw on caps.
Thank you! I haven’t had any hard starts, even after leaving the pen capped for ~3 weeks. I could see magnetic caps getting bad reputations because you have to nail the tolerance, whereas screw caps are a little more forgiving as you can “over tighten” to an extent to get a better seal.
For those of you who like a secure posting, the wobble the reviewer mentions will drive you crazy. It’s too bad,because the pen writes wonderfully, so smooth. And the pen itself is beautiful.
Thank you for uploading this interesting review. I wonder if you have any Visconti Van Gogh pens (new style with steel nibs) or Rembrandt pens (also with steel nibs). This seems like a variant of these two collections and it would be interesting to have a comparison of these different Viscontis.

I agree, those previously were entry level models for Visconti. Unfortunately I don’t have ones to compare.
