+Miguel Dalistan I use anything I have on hand. You can use any chocolate you like, just melt it over double boiler and let it cool down a bit. Or heat up double cream, pour over chocolate and mix until melted. The key is to get a thick consistency. Hope it helps.

However, they won't be as good as the freshly made ones, they will probably become softer (they will loose their crispy texture) rather than hard. Store them in an air-tight container for best results!

Hi! Did you follow my recipe? If yes and if you still had some lumps there (and the mix was too creamy) you probably should have mixed a bit longer. You need to mix quite fast.

In Spain, we do not use cinnamon... it is more of an american thing to do...
:) I added cinnamon for an extra flavor but you are right. They were only coated with sugar when I had them in Spain :).
