Suspected bank robber shot, killed by Port Angeles police

Police in Port Angeles shot and killed a man while responding to a reported “hold up” at a downtown bank Friday morning.
Two PAPD officers responding to the scene found a man outside the bank just before 10 a.m. who “appeared” to be “armed with a handgun.” Officials said the man was reportedly involved in the bank hold up and was “non-compliant” with responding officers.
The city of Port Angeles posted on Facebook that the man was killed in the shooting and there were “no other known suspects” involved in the bank hold-up.

Who robs banks anymore? 20 to 30 years in a federal prison for a couple thousand dollars is not worth it. Of course, if you are smart you wouldn't rob a bank in the first place.
