To me is the opposite. Antero blends in the background. He's not a dynamic musician as Eicca, Perttu or Paavo. Is stiff as a board. Talented? Yes. Boring to watch? Also yes.

I agree. And I prefer with no singer as well. Though some of their songs with vocals are still veeerry good, its just a personnal preference
I do miss some of their older sounds.....the drums sometimes drowns out the uniqueness of their range

Well, for me Mikko is awesome. He adds to their music a lot. "Reflections" album had drums and it's my favourite album from Apocalyptica.
