I've made countless C2C and then found a new craft (sewing) 😂so I needed a refresher. Try watching the 1st video I found on RUclips. Got frustrated really quickly. I was not getting it , but it was my fault for not coming here first. As soon as you did row two, I stopped the video, and It all came back to me. You are an excellent instructor. THAT IS A GIFT !!! live being back to the crochet crowd. Sad, I never got to go on a cruise . Raising kids as an SM bit love watching the pictures and video's

Of all the C2C videos I have watched on RUclips, this is the easiest one to watch, AND to work along with. Mikey, thank you very much for the ease at which you teach, and indeed, leaving no one behind.

I just have to thank you. After initially being introduced to crochet by a friend I had to rely Langley on RUclips for skill developtment. You are, by far, the best instructor I've found that isn't in real life. You're clear, concise, and don't let your hands, lighting, or camera angles get in the way. You neither talk down to me or over my head. Thank you.

LONG AGO I made afghans and a stocking with this stitch. I'm talking 1980s. I learned this from my mother-in-law. I haven't crocheted for around 25 years. Now I forgot how to do the stitch and your tutorial is fantastic. I'm definitely in need of a refresher course in crocheting. Thank you so much!

I have been trying to make this type of afghan for YEARS and I could never follow the written instructions and it still amazes me that all I had to do was watch Mikey do this to the second row and it all clicked. Thank you Crochet Crowed for helping me with this one.

Thank goodness I found your tutorial. I started the corner to corner and could not find a tutorial but started anyway. Now I know I'm doing the increase correctly. I was concerned as I start the decrease rows but now know how to do them. You are always so concise and do enough rows that we know what we are doing. Thank you

FYI everyone, I just watched a tutorial (I forget who by but will write it here if anyone asks later) where a lady used this pattern for a shawl. It's amazing and, since so many of these comments are confused about the decrease section, it eliminates the need to decrease. Awesome!

I have about 3 of these afghans that my dearly departed Grandma made 40+ years ago. I have very little experience with crocheting, and I'm left handed, but I've been trying to find the pattern to her afghans for many years now! This is finally it! I can make these just like my Grandma did. Thank you for the tutorial

I was talking to her about this and asking her if she remembered how to do it 2 weeks ago and she had forgot. Here you are with the pattern and a video to boot. Was your ears ringing. Lol. Your tutorials are always so easy to understand & see how to do the project's basics. The c2c tutorials were most helpful to me as I am a more visual learner & the pattern I had for my 1st c2c blanket was only text / no photos or drawings to give me a clue where to attach stitches or how to turn the work. Once you work the stitches, this really is a fun & simple project & it works up quickly 😄👍 🥰

Hi! Thank you so much for making this easy-to-follow video! After a few tries, I've finally gotten it and I don't need to follow the video...still working on the afghan for a queen sized bed so it's going to be awhile LOL. But I've saved this for when I need to decrease LOL. I wish you could add a picture here, I'm so dang proud of this! I'm a newbie and pretty much self-taught, so this is a huge project for me and I'm so proud of how well I'm doing on this. I'm doing it in pink, purple and blue (my three favorite colors) and my best friend wants one now in different shades of the same colors! That was a moment of pride for me, too :) Thank you!

I learned the C2C stitch in the 1980’s, but my husband’s Grandmother didn’t know the name. So I made many made many nameless blaring blankets for at least 10 years not knowing the name! I finally sl learned the name from the internet!! It had to be over 20 years before the stitch had a name.
