Amazing! Love it! I learned how to crochet from my great grandmother. I was 7 years old and she was 81 yers old. She would have been over the moon to learn this stitch. At 81 she was all about learning new things and sharing what she learned. She lived to 105 years old.

Great tutorial. ! It’s so frustrating for me when I’m learning a new technique in crochet because I’m advanced so if I look up “Beginners C2C” I find loads of videos for people who have just begun to crochet and the videos are very slow and include so much information that I’m not looking for! I just need a quick basic tutorial! And this was absolutely perfect thank you so much! Quick and to the point but also clear!

I too struggled to keep up and so this is my third listen. I got the parts of the C2C down but not turns - the orientation. But I've discovered that on the bottom of the video window, is an icon that looks like a gear. It brings up a settings menu. You can slow the speed down. At .5 she sounds a bit drunk but at .75 it's quite nice. A good learning speed! Enjoy.

I slowed it down to 0.25 because I kept falling behind. At this extreme low speed I figured out that it is hard to follow not because the speed. Rather it is because sometimes she pauses her speech and does e.g. three double crochets and only after she has done the hand movements she announces what she has done.
edit: you're going to do three double crochets.... *starts double crochet-ing* ... BUT FIRST chain 3

Ok. A tip for anyone feeling discouraged while trying this because you're confused: orientation is key. You need to have it lined up straight with your wrist just like how she has it, you will get in a rhythm of it later but when you're starting out you need to pay attention to that. Also the clusters will look like crazy tendrils, that's totally fine, you're doing great and it look beautiful!

Thank you so much for this tutorial. I had to watch row 3 about 3-4 times to get the hang of it but now I'm rolling. I couldn't have done it without the visual because the pattern just wasn't making sense to me. I'm super stoked because I'm doing my first C2C graphigan (unicorn) for my daughter and it's already turning out beautifully.

Thank you for your video. I’m just learning c2c and your video helped. It was the first one listed and that’s why I picked yours. I do have to agree, you do go very quickly for an instructional video. I did use pause a lot to catch up. But your video did help me learn. Thank you.

Thanks 😊 sharing your pattern. I have crocheted and knitted for over 40 years so when I say I sure wish you would have shown your work sometimes it's a little hard especially with this corner stitch how we turn it and then we're exactly the next stitches going I have watched it many many times and I finally did get it and I think I was a little confused also with the six when you're in starting a new row and three in between but it's working out well for me now I thank you very much for taking the time to showing just the heads up on showing the work without your hands in the way otherwise I really thought the video was very very well put together thank you I'm not into the decreasing yet so I will come back to see how you do that my friend has done the corner stitch for many many years and I finally thought I would try it thanks again🧙

I watched another slower video as a beginner to c2c, but now that I know what I'm doing, and forgot how to starry my work, this was a great vid for that. Thanks

I saw people talking about this on FB so had to come look. I appreciate your instruction on how to do it, easy to understand. Looks like decreasing is harder than increasing.
