Yes, enjoyed it very much, great images! Especially loved those animated stills sequences with the shutter sounds included, probably more so than a slow motion video. Great to see I'm not the only one who lugs a lot of gear around! Thank you for sharing your present with us 👍
I really enjoy watching your video and photos of kingfisher. Beautiful and well done. Big LIKE. I'm a new friend here, watching from Singapore. Happy birding and have a nice day. 👍🔔
Wow! Beautiful images. I was expecting to learn how you have taken this images. Would have appreciated knowing the exif data of the images and the challenges that you have overcome.
Great video this Justyn. Really enjoyed the video and stills. I remember you discussing this 'day out' whilst we were shooting some Astro on top of the Malverns the other week. I can now see why you were so pleased. Fabolous results.
@@evolvingphotons I assume you are doing Silverstone? - I have done 2 airshows in 2 weeks and now i'm seriously considering a 600mm f4 lens :) - Wouldnt mind giving motorsport ago too. Did we miss shelsley walsh / prescot?
That hide is incredible. Reminds of me of Dave Griffs jetty, the honey pot of honey pot locations 🤣🤣 The hide is almost handing the Kingfisher to you which I think is brilliant because I know locally to me where they are but chances of seeing them are slim so it gives people a chance to see them without having to have a week off work :)
Exactly. The hide also manages their impact in the Kingfishers so they don’t become dependent on it. It also helped with the timing, by going in late April you maximise the chances of there being chicks either in the nest or fledging
Excellent video, what is the cheapest olympus body and lens to use for bird photography. You video are very good, photo tack sharp and your ability to explain and help other is excellent. Kingfisher are too fast well done and Happy Birthday.
Thank you very much. I would guess the cheapest body & lens would be a used E-M1ii or E-M5iii with the Olympus 75-300mm. This would give you access to Pro Capture Low and combined with DXO PureRAW to deal with noise at ISO should give you good results. If you have more money then a used E-M1X with the Oly 100-400mm or long prime lens. Really depends whether you have the money and if you want to take specific bird species. Personally I prefer the Panasonic lens, but I lose Pro Capture Low.
I Had a great day here in August, but When I went the water in the diving pool was a horrible green color and it looks bad in my diving shots, did you change the color of the water in post processing? Cheers
Wohl extra in günstiger Entfernung Sitzhilfen, Schild mit Schrift, aufgestellt um die besten Aufnahmen abzufischen! Naturfotografie ist für mich etwas anderes. Habe aber keine solche schönen Vögel hier.
@@evolvingphotons Thanks ,i dislike baited hides because its too easy and i cannot take any satisfaction from this type of set up ,some say its unethical but that is maybe over stating it. just my view
Great images, thank you for sharing, I might give my wife a hint for my next birthday.
Excellent plan

Great videos.
Please if possible re-create this whole scenes with OM-1 100/120 fps or 50 fps bird tracking.
I would really love to see it. Thank you.
Let's see what happens in 2023
That was enjoyable thanks

What are the settings you are using I have an OMD EM1 MARK III
1/2000s f/5.6 and auto iso
Shocked, just simply shocked

I didn’t have to colour correct the pool at all. I do tend to use the Lightroom Calibration panel on most images so that might have made a difference

ich versuche schon Wochen an verschiedene Bachläufe vernünftige Fotos zu machen von Eisvögel, Weltenunterschied mit dieser Weise...
