For some of your older sessions, before you started doing music with the sessions, is it not possible to overlay some beats to the session?… it’s easier to do 60 mins with some beats to carry you!! ❤👊🏾

Question, if the effort level is 5 and the RPM is 80 what would the speed be? I have an old turbo trainer I'm trying to get the tension right....many thanks.
Depends on the person. In theory 7 is your FTP, so 5 would be rolling on a flat in a medium ride, not too fast like long rides nor too easy like long endurance ones.

60 years old now. These workouts allow me to still ski and do all the activities I so enjoy. Thanks GCN. This was a lethal workout.
Great session. Wanted a low level aerobic but the ramps creep up on you and by the end it was full gas.
Proud of you guys and gals especially Manon, doing it while making the session lively for the viewers!

I swear when I try to match the teams cadence they are spinning way faster than 80 rpm. Per my bike computer, they're at around 160 rpm. Or is it me?

Slightly disappointed that adverts seem to have crept into this training session. Please can we go back to a full session not interrupted by adverts.
