I have found that adding a small bit of solution in before you put the glitter in helps to prevent the clumping in the beginning. Makes the first step go much faster!
I’m so glad I saw your tutorial. I have tried two acrylics so far. One with Glycerin and one with Glue. They both are clumped. The glue mixture is far better tho. Now I have the Magical Liquid to try. I’m also going to do it the way you did and add my glitter first. With my others I added a small amount of the mixture first. Wish me luck! I wanted to do this for my Granddaughters Easter cup but I’ve run out of time! 😢 Maybe I need to get the muscle massager.
Yesssss love!!! These are AH-MAZING!!!! Absolutely love them. Stunning 😍 I tried that solution during Christmas fir my niece’s cup and fell in love. It’s just a perfect flow. In love also with the leopard prints ❤❤❤ awesome job! Stay blessed love 🥰
Love these! I need to try that solution. Do you do a pretest on acrylic plain cup to make sure the top doesnt leak? I ordered some on amazon and the tops leaked.
I do pretest I’m in working with a new brand I haven’t worked with before a couple of times when I have purchased the acrylic cups from the craft store I have gotta a few that leak at the rim.
Thank you for the inspiration! I love your creativity. And I changed my mind. I mentioned to you on FB live that I wasn't sure about this solution. But I've converted. I love it.
Awesome tutorial ty! Did u put the silicone rings back on after u finished the lids? And also where all did u paint on the lids? 😅 I think u painted the edge and rhinestoned there right? 🤩 Very beautiful 💕
Yes I added the silicone ring before putting the tops back on. I almost forgot 😂😂. For the lid as far as paint I painted the whole top and then the very edges of the top. So everything but the threads and underside
@@lyshabcreative2659 yay!! Tysm for responding!! 🥰🫂💕 You're so sweet!! I'd luv to try this out as soon as I can get an area cleaned up for the turner again! 😅🤣 We have been "Spring cleaning" lately and things always get messier before they get cleaner 😂. I appreciate all your hard work! 🥰
I think it could totally work as long as you don’t fill the solution all the way to the top but that might be one way to make sure you get all the air bubbles out!
Hi there! So the glitters I use are great quality from great small businesses! I would encourage you to check them out (you can find them in the description box of any of my videos) The only time I have had glitter bleed when submerged is when I have used glitter that is not of great quality those that are categorized as “craft glitter” in the craft stores have been ones in my experience that have not done well in these types is tumblers. Hope this information helps
thank you. i tried glue w distilled watter and the glitter and it isnt bleeding as bad, may be something with the veg glycerin too. i will try ur supplier. I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL AND ADMIRE YOUR SKILL. great job girl.
Hi Andrea! So it just depends on where I’m putting the solution in. I do equal parts of vegetable glycerin and distilled water mix that together before I fill my cups
So, I tried this for a cup for my mom, and apparently Cricut’s stencil is super transparent and I could not see the stencils and where I was putting them 🤣🤣 So definitely switching brands lol.
I have def had that happen when I glitter over the stencil vinyl for a peekaboo. Something I do see people do is add a glue dot over the stencil vinyl so that it’s easier to find after painting or glittering

Oh my goodness it really is the perfect flow! I mean where has this been all my snow globe life 😂😂 thank you for watching love ❤️
Always love your tutorials ❤
Thank you so much Shannon
How much glitter do you put in the snow globe? I got some glass snow globe coffee mugs and I want to try this!
For a cup this size I put about 1-2 measuring cups full. For a glass snow globe I would do no more than 1 measuring cup fill since those are smaller
Great tutorial! You are killing the rhinestone look 😍
Aww thanks Charmaine!!! This rhinestone addiction is becoming my new obsession 😍
Could you add some glue mix prior to adding glitter
Yes you can add your solution first and then glitter
Thanks for the awesome tutorial! Quick question.... Can you seal the glass snowglobe tumblers the same way as the acrylic ones?
Yes you can!!!
Hi there! Thank you for this tutorial. Do you sand your cups before painting?
Hi Gail!!! Yes I do a light sanding on these before I paint them
how long do you generally leave the tumbler turner spinning for to dry epoxy? thank you :)
For regular setting epoxy I let it spin for 6 hours but I won’t touch it for 12-16 hours

Hi do you have to degas when you use the magical liquid and distilled water?
Yes I still de gas with this solution
Love this. How much glitter did you use?
I use about 1-2 medicine cups of glitter usually
Thank you for the inspiration! I love your creativity. And I changed my mind. I mentioned to you on FB live that I wasn't sure about this solution. But I've converted. I love it.
That’s awesome! I def tried a few variations and ratios but I’m loving this way the most!
How high up on the cups did you go with the epoxy? Love your tutorials!
Hi there!!! For these I go all the way up to the top edge with the epoxy just like I would stainless steel
@@lyshabcreative2659 Thank you!
Did you use a really thin coat of epoxy? I am trying to wrap my head around how the screw on lid still fit. Thank you!
Hi there I used about 15 mls on each of them I go up to the rim but not over it so the lids still fit fine
Thank you!!❤

Where did you get the leopard print?
This leopard print file is from beartrendz digi designs on Etsy
I love these! You have me wanting to try a peekaboo snowglobe now 😂
Lol be careful it gets addicting 😂😂
@@lyshabcreative2659 all of this gets addicting but I’m going to give it at least one shot then go from there
What are your thoughts on putting the solution in first before adding the glitter?
I think it could totally work as long as you don’t fill the solution all the way to the top but that might be one way to make sure you get all the air bubbles out!
I tried magical liquid and water and I have hardly any movement, should I take some out and just add distilled water?
If not getting enough movement yes add more distilled water to thin the solution out
What size did you cut your print?
The leopard print I cut at 11x11
Where do you get the vinyl
I get my vinyl from any craft store I usually go to Michael’s
question? what kind of glitter doesnt bleed when submerged? any info wld be greatly appreciated

What is your measurement for your solution is it one cup each or half of a cup for each
Hi Andrea! So it just depends on where I’m putting the solution in. I do equal parts of vegetable glycerin and distilled water mix that together before I fill my cups

@@lyshabcreative2659 thanks I will remember that! I think I will also try the Oracle brand that you use, it seems to be easier to see when placing it
