I got this album in 1997 when I saw the first single for it on tv, "Confide in Me". The song "Dangerous Game" was definitely a gem on the album, but the whole thing was very good too. I recommend the song Confide in Me. Kylie is often an underrated singer, but she's very capable.
She sings this live on Intimate and Live (1998) tour. Her voice is amazing! The whole concert is sublime, she hi-lights songs from her Impossible Princess and her vocals are incredible, she doesn't miss a note. She sings Confide in Me and Put Yourself in my Place too and her vocals are just mind blowing!!!
This is my favorite album from Ms. Kylie. Her vocals, the whole album as a solid comeback after her PWL years sounds very mature. Kylie Minogue is one of that albums that are VERY underrated!
Empress, I don't know how you do it but it's always good to be surprised in a positive way. I'm shocked and had no idea Kylie can sing like that. Now I just have to listen to entire album.
@@michaeldebree4870 Thanks. I couldn't agree with you more. High production quality and best vocals from Kylie. Definitely I enjoyed it. It made me think of Kylie on another level.
Hi Robert, Michael and Empress, I add my comment to yours because I would write down the same words. I'm really impressed from Kylie's voice, but the sound and production are Amazing too. So this was a nice big surprise to me!!!! And I want to listen to some more songs 😍😍
Kylie can sneak up on you sometimes and shock you! This was a great reaction and Kylie should be in your future for sure… this happens to be one of my favorite of all the Kylie tunes…
This is one of my favourite tracks on her 1994 album. It was her first album on the deconstruction label after leaving the PWL label. This album is one of my absolute favorite albums. Kylie really shows how strong her voice is on every track. The entire album is absolutely phenomenal. The tracks on the album are 1. Confide in me 2. Surrender 3. If I was your lover 4. Where is the feeling ? 5. Put yourself in my place 6. Dangerous game 7. Automatic love 8. Where has the love gone 9. Falling 10. Time will pass you by Check out the album you will love it. I've been playing it since its release in 1994 and still absolutely love it. Love this video your awesome 🙏 👍
There a live performance of this and a lot of the rest of her 1994 and 1997 Albums - very different musically and vocally to her usual stuff - it’s on YT of her 1998 Intimate and Live concert.
I am OG Kylie... in my opinion she had the greatest vocals in 1994 when this album was released however as people get older and someone like Kylie had performed all their lives, they're voice gets tired thru the years and decades, I reckon she still dies a good job... Britain still has Kylie as an ambassador and a national treasure even though she is Australian. She was and will always be my inspiration since I was 8 years old. And I am 43 now. xXx
Oh Girl when you are done with Madonna you need to have a Kylie journey cause that is one hell of a journey. From bubble gum pop queen, to dance queen to indie queen to serous artist. Kylie is the truth and you are listening to in my opinion one of Kylie's vocally best albums. It's from her Kylie Minogue album from 1994 when she was trying to prove she was more than a pop star and she could sing. If you ever do Kylie you are in for a treat.
@@EmpressReacts it was by a band called Prefab Sprout released a couple of years before hers. She also had another great cover on that single of which is by Saint Etienne, she actually produced the cover. Yeah she has a song called Let’s Get To It too! And she’s serving vocals on it! 😂

Oh yes, a Kylie journey. That would be amazing. Can't wait. ;) But knowing your taste I think you should start it with this album. The lead single "Confide in Me" is a stunning vocal performance as well.
Empress go girl. It’s a real joy watching your reaction videos. Can see how passionate you are about music. I especially love reaction videos to Ms K.M she is completely unrated for her vocal ability. I recommend you see her sing “Crying game”from the Fever tour and “If you don’t love me” from the Aphrodite tour. Please, please do more reaction videos to Kylie the one and only Minogue.
This is just heaven,.. I grew up with Kylie through the BBC. I am Dutch , but back then I ALWAYS watched UK tv programs and also watched the soap neighbours were she was in before she became a singer. I also always bought the uk pop magazines because I used to be a HUGE FIVE STAR fan back in the day. ( they are kinda the UK version from the Jackson’s) so I was there when kylie became a singer with I should be so lucky. I loved it. Pop bliss. She made record after record, hit after hit with the trio Stock aitken and watermen. The pop magazines were mostly her on every cover , in every news paper she was everywhere.Stock aitken and Waterman were like the Motown producers of that time. Having their own group of bands and singers that they would produce for. After a while Kylie wanted a different sound. They tried hard to please her with better the devil you know. Great song. But kylie was dating Michael Hutchence from inxs then.and he influenced her music style. She left the stock aitken Waterman group and made an indie record called impossible princess that flopped. It was to different, to grungy, to hard and to far from her pop princess format. Now I love that album. But when it just came out I was devastated. After that flop THIS album came. Back to dance and pop but highly evolved and grown up. Real dance. First single was confide in me which gave Kylie her place back in the charts . This album has so many great dance style tracks. Kylie is a huge ONJ fan. She is Australian. I’m not sure you would be into her stock aitken and Waterman era . They produces for Bananarama, Jason Donovan, Kylie, Sinitta, Donna Summer made a comeback with their help in 1989. Great times and memories for me.
