I have been to China more than a dozen provinces, gives me a great shock, China not only has the desert, mountains and rivers, lakes, forests and so on magnificent natural landscape, there are many historical atmosphere of the humanities landscape, more important is the Chinese people warm and hospitable, and they are very friendly to foreign people!
Wow, that’s amazing you’ve traveled so much there! Any places that stood out in particular?
welcome to my country!
Guangdong is smaller than the United Kingdom but has almost double the population, it also is smaller than Japan and has a larger population
Thank you!
If you lookat what the world is doing for the past few hundred years, it is to take China, surround China, divide China, conquer China, regroup and come back all together. Because China is such a rich land. But they found out the hard way, China is the most resilient country the world has ever known!
China is so underrated, and so beautiful ! Thanks Ryan for showing us this side of China.
Of course! 🇨🇳🐼
Ryan, please send you drone to Mars, we want to see more beautiful sceneries!
Underated by america and Americans maybe
stop using the word underrated. you are addicted to that word.
like underrated by whom…
I've travelled to many countries in the world, but China is with no doubt my favorite and the most beautiful one ♥
China‘s landscapes truly are amazing
I've never been to China but hope to in the future. It's so enormous that I'm sure it would take several trips just to see a few areas. Most people think of the cities but as you show, there is spectacular natural beauty in China. It was good of you to point out that there were a number of Great Walls over time, as most people think there was only one.
Thanks John! I agree, it’s so massive, it would be like trying to visit all of the USA. Hope you can visit in the years to come 😁🐼
Welcome to China
Welcome
I invite you come to my coutry ,china very beautiful
来中国锦州吃烧烤
After seeing this I can say that China is the single most beautiful country in the world
It really is special!
I thought the same, until last January I visited Argentina- unbelievably beautiful
I just got back from Yanan. It was unreal. Highly recommend. Most of the world flowers are exported from it and the people were so nice too.
Holy shit are these the most beautiful landscapes ever! I love the US, and I think the US has a lot of nature to offer as well, but I feel I am much more attracted to China’s landscapes. One day I will visit all these places
Insane right! I felt the same, there’s just something magical about China’s landscapes! 🏔🐼
Lmao US? US is nothing compared to EU landscape and other countries
The world is filled with many beautiful landscapes, which would take a lifetime to travel. Unfortunately, only a handful are brave enough to visit unfamiliar places with different cultures and norms. Ryan is like the modern nomad...kind of like the mongolians but without the violence part. LOL.
@@amazinginfopedia1987 eu is 90% farmland
I hear you, I love the US & all it’s beauty & history also. Visiting this magnificent country in 2017 & 2020 left me in a constant state of awe. What US media & schools & … told us about this country, I experienced only positive things. I felt overwhelmed with how massive & beautiful & clean & advanced, & … The efficiency & affordability of everything from transportation & food & hotels & … 😯 I look forward to my next visit hopefully in 2022. I wish you a great adventure. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me any questions. GODspeed!
China is one if my dream place. I want to go there and these places feel like heaven
I have never been to China but I love watching Chinese historical movies. And what reminds me of China is the Forbidden City... Through this video I learned a lot about China, thank you very much~~~ 😋😋😋
I’ve been to Da Li and Li Jiang in Yunnan Province. Most beautiful places in China, and in the world. China is worth exploring!
China has such a unique landscape!!! The world is so rich of interesting places to see or visit.
It really is a special land!
Thanks for showing your superior video of this magnificent country. I had the pleasure to visit beautiful China in 2017 & 2020 with absolute amazement. The beauty, safety, people, technology, cleanliness, … kept me in awe. I have visited 15 countries in North & South America to Europe & Africa, but I cannot get enough of this amazing country. Looking forward to returning in 2022.
That’s awesome you’ve been! What part of China did you visit?
I am Vietnamese next door neighbour to China, we had bad experienced with China domination. So my teachers brainwashed us since we were in elementary there’s nothing good about China and its people. So mainly I’ve been to Europe only, but this video helped me opening my eyes. Thank you.
@@maily8388 Thank you for taking the time to send me a message. I hear you. I had similar experience growing up. From school to media to …, growing up in 1980’s - 1990, there was no positive comments about China. What I noticed in the media was some countries were friends to the US, some were enemies to the US & some were only enemies / friends
when it is beneficial for them. I realized at 13 that I cannot form a true opinion about a people, a country, … based on what others said. I also realized some people claim to be experts on a country or a people when they never met those people or visited that country. I also realized I must always have an open mind to everything in life. I was invited in 2017 & 2020 by a Chinese citizen to visit. Before my visit, I thought China was closed to the outside world except for the 2008 Olympics. After doing my research and spending 74 days in China, my opinion was opposite to the constant negative noise growing up. I also know all countries have challenges and priorities, and … that might differ from other countries. We also must consider everything (positive and negative) for a true assessment or opinion to have some validity. We all have our own way of doing things. This is the way that works for me. I do wish you and Vietnam joy, health & blessings.
@@detrickguillory7537 very true, sir
@@maily8388 very true.
How many beautiful mountains do you want?
China: Yes 🏔
#nice I liked
I love Zhangjiajie; videos & photos just don’t its justice. You have to be there to experience its glory. Travelling in China is very convenient thru its extensive high speed trains.
Hopefully it will be fully open without restrictions in 2024.
I had a negative perspective toward China and their people in general mostly because of how the media portrays them until I was dispatched to work there by the company I’m working for for around 10 months. After I arrived in China I was blown away by their technology and a lot of places and they’re not so different from Japan despite being a communist country. People were surprisingly respectful, polite and friendly. It wasn’t like I expected at all. Before I went to China I just thought that it was a more developed North Korea country. I don’t wanna get into politics or anything but I felt like people weren’t suppressed with everyone having basic rights to anything as long as they don’t break any rule. I felt like it was like Japan but with different language and culture and more strict rules. In rural area people treated me like a celebrity asking me to take a pic with them and all. Tbh I didn’t have any bad time in China besides at the airport. At the airport, the staffs were rude and hostile. I was yelled at and pushed to hurry to get in line and they seemed annoyed with frown face staring at me if I asked them for direction and info about the place. Police and securities at the airport were arrogant as well. Other than that, everyone was friendly and nice to me outside of the airport.
Im going to China in a few months for this exactly reason . I believe I have a wrong, king of embedded preconception of the Place and the way to address this is to go!
Glad you say that, mainstream media is always biased, we shouldn’t make a conclusion to other countries before we see them with our own eyes.
I had a similiar experience in China, specifically in Guangzhou. The people were so friendly and polite and they were so patient trying to communicate with me because of the language barrier. Far far from my experience with Hong Kong locals.
that's good. but china is not communist.
Chinese customs staff never ask for tips from foreigners
Finally I could find a foreigner highlights the great nature besides those super cities in China, China's nature is so amazing. There are several world class hiking trials in Sichuan, Yunnan, Xinjiang, Tibet and etc.. Thank you for making this and share to the world!
I am a citizen from SiChuan Province.
And I am so proud that you recommended many amazing scenery spots in SiChuan.
As you said, there do many other wonderful and magical cities in China, like Xi'an city, in Shanxi Province. This is an ancient city with over thousand and a hundred history. The whole city has a strong historical accumulation. If one day you could go there, Terracotta Army is highly recommended.
You’re from such a special place! I’d love to visit the Terracota Army when I’m there :)
@@RyanShirley Thanks for replying me, really appreciate.
If one day you come to Sichuan Province, please let me know to show you around.
I've never known that china would be so much beautiful. It was my dream place always as I saw in of historical Chinese drama The untamed and I wanted to visit it but these places make me go there even more.😊
DId u realized that he excluded Taiwan province when showing our country?
西安在陕西省,英文是“Shaanxi”
山西才是“Shanxi”,你弄混淆了
Oh boy, China is stunning! In my opinion it is the most unique country in the world! You see landscape which you CAN'T find somewhere else! The Wulingyuan, the Li river near Guilin city, the Huang-Shan mountains are amazing! And so the Himalayas. ☺ Thank you for the video Ryan!
Of course :) so awesome you’ve been!
I live in Shanghai, a prosperous and busy city. In the past two years, after completing my work, I have completed a 60000 kilometer self driving trip in China. Thank you very much for your work. your video is very good, t makes me feel like I'm back on the journey.
Wow, that's a wild journey! Where was your favorite place?
My first trip to China was 1995 as i overlanded for 2 months from HK via Lijiang and up to Beijing to take the trans Siberian to Moscow. In 1999 i ended up living in HK and use to travel in/out of China a lot for work. Asia is still home (Thailand) and i have done a lot of travelling back to China. My last trip 3 years ago was overland from Lanzhou to Kashi onto Tajikistan. I have been to the most eastern and western part of the Great Wall. It has been remarkable to see the growth in China over this time. It is one of my favourite countries to visit (along with the Indian sub-continent) as i love the diversity in scenery and the food (Sichuan mala my favourite) and i find the people very friendly and welcoming. A Nee Hau gets me a smile very easily. I have a few more overland trips planned through China once tourism opens up - soon i hope. Cant wait!!
AS a chinese, welcome you come to China again in the furture,The developement of China is very fastily these years!
As a Chinese from Sichuan province, welcome you to Chengdu to see pandas.
@@LixianxianxianxianxianHello, are you still in Chengdu my Friend ?

All amazing places! I want to visit Chishui now
I love this video sharing so many exciting and beautiful moments of China.
China is very beautiful and there are many more places I must visit in China.

Thanks so much friend! Where are you from?
@@RyanShirley from Yunnan, China
So beautiful. Absolutely stunning sceneries!
Love from Canada.
Thanks Janet!!
What amazing video, thanks for sharing Ryan! Love Love Love it!
I have followed your amazing videos for so long and finally China yeah! As a Chinese geography and travelling expert I would say your ranking list is the best and most authentic so far in RUclips! Besides the long history and cultural heritages, China offer the most diverse landscape in the world and tons of nature beauty. These are not known and advertised by the western media. I feel so glad that high quality RUclipsr like u can make China videos and let the world know more about. It’s a land that is misunderstood and underrated as hell. If ranking the natural beauty by province, Yunnan Sichuan Xinjiang Tibet Guangxi Guizhou Qinghai Hunan are my top 8. Taiwan is also a beautiful region but it is controversial politically.
Thanks so much Xuehan for your kind words! You have such a great perspective on China! You couldn’t have said it better.
a lot of stunning cultural places too! beijing deserves a good visit
This is true! Beijing is amazing
great video! I grew up here and I travelled over the whole country. I just made a collection of all the provinces in China, never thought of making a video about mountains! thank you for doing that! ❤️
I just came back from visiting China a week ago. I explored more parts of the country including the Huanghuacheng/Lakeside Great Wall, city of Chengdu, Jiuzhaigou (Jiuzhai Valley) National Park mentioned in your video and the nearby Huanglong scenic area. Especially Huanglong’s and Jiuzhaigou’s scenery were surreal and impressed me so much! Just goes to show how insanely beautiful and perhaps otherworldliness of China’s natural attractions, including the ones featured in this awesome video and many more! Thanks for sharing even more of China’s unique scenery and attractions that I previously didn’t know of. Keep up the great work Ryan!😊
Wow, can't believe you really put out a video for China's nature landscapes! I actually followed your other videos to explore the United States. I just went to the giant black hoodoo formation in Utah which is super underrated and one of the best scenarios I saw in Utah. It's so inspiring to see China through your eyes, especially for the places I have traveled to already that you brought brand new perspectives to me through your amazing drone sights.
That’s so cool you went to the black hoodoo, I love that area!
@@RyanShirley did you personally visit all these places in China and shot the footages?
China is strong big rich powerful nature country proud of china people
I lived in China for 3 years (Shanghai), but didn't even manage to visit the Great Wall, because it's a bit of work to get to different places (physically & figuring out the logistics). You've truly captured dome unique images that are hard to film. Thank you.
Thanks so much Tily! That’s awesome you lived there, such a giant country

Thanks Ryan for sharing these beautiful sceneries! Been to the Yellow Mountain. Watching the sun rising from the mountain top surrounded by the sea of clouds is one of the best experiences ever.
Of course! So cool you've been there for sunrise :)
Wow the landscapes are very amazing. China is a very beautiful country. I wish you a beautiful weekend.
Thanks Reise! Have a great weekend as well :)
Thank you for introducing the great views of China to the world.
Of course :) where was your favorite place?
I've been to Yangshuo and Guilin along the Li River and did the raft tour along with rice terraces. Saw a play at Yangshuo Liu San Jie where they use the Li River and small boats with lighted hills as a backdrop. Most time is spent in Guangdong. Not too far from Guangzhou by rail.
Thank you Ryan for showing some of the beautiful scenary of my country that I wasn't even aware of!
Hey Ryan, Thank you so much for introducing China! China's landscape is fascinating and also the incredible food! Come and enjoy!

Of course! So many interesting places in China
I grow up in China but developed my strong interest in natural landscapes in us, and I have to say the video mentioned many places that I did not know. That is amazing I learned something new!
impressive! I don't know how such an unforgettable overhead shot was completed in Zhangjiajie. It was said that some mountains will make the drone lose signal and crash. Thank you for making China so beautiful.
I love panda.its so cute.🐼
Cutest animals :)
Very cool. Thanks for showing us how beautiful China is until we can see it in person.
As you mentioned, what you introduced in this video is merely a slight scratch on the surface of what China richly possesses. Be it natural scenery, historical or cultural heritage, literature, traditional architecture, art, food, etc., there are just numerous remarkable things about this vast ancient country that strike your mind and leave you amazed. So long as you are open-minded and objective, China is far more than what western medias like to portray it to be.
Having been through SE Asia many times and China twice, they are truly underrated. But you've missed some real pearlers
Xi'an - Terracotta Warriors, Tombs and a stunning walled city
Guiyang - Qianling Park, Xiashui mountain/buddha, maotai distillery, celebrated ethnic diversity
I’d love to see the Terra-cotta Warriors
