It is reversible. It has 1 keeper spring in place and the release can be removed and reversed. We do not have a video right now but it is a fairly simple process.
Is this 1 to 1 replica of the S&W M&P 9 M2.0 full size or Compact size. The manual says the barrel length is 4.0" however the full size doesn't come with a 4.0" barrel but 4.25" barrel. And the compact comes with a 4" barrel. I'm trying to figure this out to purchase a proper holster and the holster manufactures have different holsters depending on the barrel sizes.
The S&W M&P fits many of the full size holsters and will fit some compact holsters The main difference in the Compact is the Grip size is smaller on the specs The overall length is 7.25” and the full size is 7.4” for the actual firearm specs All of the T4E models are 4 in barrel.
I believe they are different because of the spring in ours to help eject the T4E mag. Normally there is the Small and Large back strap extra in the case with the gun. We thought this was the same in other parts of the world but not 100% as there are sometimes differences in the model offerings. You may be able to contact our office in Germany and purchase the back straps. www.umarex.com/contact.html
We're sorry, we actually don't recommend using the black spring. New models do not come with the black spring. The black spring was designed for an ammo type that we don't offer through T4E in the U.S. The rubber balls from T4E in the U.S. work fine with the factory silver spring. We've heard that when using paintballs in combination with the "black spring," it busts the paint in the magazine, especially when the temperature is hot or freezing.
I use it since release for magfed paintball without any problems and i love it 🔥10/10🔥
Can you reverse the magazine release for us left handers like on the real steel pistol?

@t4e yup, once I had the backstrap off I figured it out.

Is this able to shoot steel .43 ammo or just paint and rubber? thanks
You are able to shoot any sort of .43 ammo, steel, rubber, pepper ball, and paint ball
But it has to be .43 ammo
It is made for paint, rubber, or chalk/dust rounds.
@@Brux101 gotcha thanks
@@t4e thanks for the help

If I once installed that harder black spring into the magazine, can I leave it there and use it even for pepperballs and paintballs?

Do you guys plan on releasing any more t4e modles ? How about that t4e beretta 92
Don't know about a Beretta. I'll have to ask around.
@@t4e A Beretta 92 would be amazing!
👍👍👍
Can u field strip it?
It does not field strip like the firearm. The slide is not easily removable as there is normally no need to for any maintenance underneath it.
Does this weigh as the real gun?
Within an ounce of the real steel when unloaded. 1.7 lbs.
Are the sights removable?
The sights are removable. We worked with Hi-Viz some last year and they swapped out the sights.
