I love the fact that this channel proposes drills. My experience is that you cannot improve a thing in tennis by words or ideas unless you work them on specifically designed drills.

That’s what I like about this channel … Will has drills to target areas we need to improve ie, the “zones” .

That second game is exactly what I need. Hopefully, it’ll help me focus on the next point and not go into the abyss of negativity 🤦🏾‍♂️

Will - your content and perspectives are fantastic. I’d like your input on this. At my level (NTRP 3.0), I struggle when playing an opponent that is erratic in hitting shots. Most comment on the quality of my strokes, yet I have trouble developing any sort of rhythm and make more errors than they do. When I play against people at 3.5 or 4.0, they routinely ask if I play at the same level they do. What recommendations do you have that might help. I can see these games helping, yet wonder what else to work on. I know there is no magic bullet that will an instant fix. Thank.s

Excellent exercise! This drill is like my battle with cancer. I’m getting pressure from the Cancer “to close me out” and feeling my own pressure to fight back .

Wow I liked the tug of war one! So if you start at 5, one has to get to 10, and the other has to get to 0?
