    One meal a day isn't as bad as people make it out to be. I lost over 100 lbs on one meal a day about 10 years ago. I was working 12 to 16 hour days and didn't have time to eat regularly. I would eat my meal about 2 pm before I went to work and that was it until the next day. I would drink diet soda or raspberry tea all night to get me through work. The weight came off all on its own. I wasn't even trying. I know it can work just as good as other things. I think any effort is good. And you're a smart man, so if you notice negative effects then you're smart enough to evaluate your actions and adjust accordingly. I'm just proud of you for making the effort. Your thinking is right in line with what I've been thinking the past few weeks. It's time to take back control of my life and weight. I'm very proud of you buddy! :)

    Oh Justin it's so good to have you back! I was one of those who wondered about the Halo Top. :) OMAD can be harmful to some but you did your research and you knew what you were doing so if it works for you then do it. Who cares what others think!!! :)

    Liking the new intro! I was diagnosed type 2 diabetes, was in denial forever. I’ve read and watched certain health people who say OMAD/IF can reset and diminish it. It’s terrible when your body starts fighting you. The level of suckage is huge! Mind over matter, not to mention you’ve got youth on your side. Keep going. You’re meant for electronics!

    Slick new intro! I love cherry coke Zero! And Pepsi. I don't know if I could survive on one meal. Are there no hunger pangs?? Congratulations to your wife on her weight loss!

    I liked the intro. Glad you are going to start again. Baby steps. Do what you like and what you know you will stuck to. Intermittent fasting is great whether you do 16, 18, 20 or 23 hrs. I sometimes do one meal a day on the weekends but no on purpose. I just don't like to eat after a certain time. Remember if you need help you just gotta ask 😊

    hi Justin! OMAD ..love it. I'm a sugar- holic who struggles ALOT. I find that not eating is way easier than trying to stop eating. To the criticizes....F-Off. I understand they mean well. do what works for you! so very glad you are back!!

    I love the new intro! I'm so glad you're back! It seems like all the people I was watching quit RUclips. Even me. I'm trying to get back into it. I would love to daily vlog but I can barely get one video a week up! lol Anyway... Welcome back!

    Wuddup bud excited for you gettin back on the train! I've been tinkering around w OMAD for the last couple weeks and I like it a lot so far. Yeah my wife thinks I'm outta my gourde lol. Only problem with it is that on my cheat day I actually put most if not all that weeks weight loss back on in 24 hours. I somehow gained 4.5 lbs this last Saturday from 3 slices of pizza, two breadsticks and a 20 oz Pepsi. People I know say that's impossible and breaks the laws of thermodynamics but the scale doesn't lie so I guess I'm like an X-Man or something. Oh well back on the ol' horse. Keep on keepin on my friend :)

    One meal a day rules, I lost 50 lbs last year from 1/10 to 7/17, stalled in the 250's, now in 240's. O.M.A.D. is the best thing that I ever started, but you have to change things up and do other things once you plateau. And you do plateau, even on O.M.A.D.! I record my weight every day, even when I know it will go up, it is my "Study of One". As of today I am under 246 lbs and "fasted" but for my 2 fatt coffees, for over 37 hrs. We can do this together, I will start a channel and get back to 179 lbs! I have not been there since 1988, "Wow". Thank you for coming back, get O.M.A.D. as hell and don't take it any more. O.M.A.D. is more normal and healthy than 3 to 6 meals(snacks) a day. Before the 1900's one plus a snack was the norm. The trolls that fear fasting are marketing suckers! Justin if you get hungry after the tread mill just walk. that is all I do. Weight lose is not eat less, move more!

    Nice new intro. I agree I don’t like the diet dr.pepper either. I also like the max and zero sodas. Lately I’ve been into the diet swepps ginger ale. I think your wife is a cutie she shouldn’t be shy.
    You know just do the best you can do and do these videos as a way to vent, get what’s on your mind off your chest. Use this a personal way of tracking, ( that’s not the right word but...) your life. And if people are coming at you don’t even bother with them they don’t know your mind, family life, inner person they are just sitting behind there computer being mean because they can. I alway liked you videos and I hope to see more. I like that you involve your family and that you talk about your wife. This is your platform do what ever you want on here, if someone doesn’t like what you have to say they can always click off your video. 😉

      Melissa Fitzpatrick Keto is great. My wife is doing keto. Mocha is sitting next to me as I type. He is great. Will include him in the next video. Thanks for always being supportive.

    Real weight loss happens when you change your lifestyle for the good. That's the struggle, it's not a thing you do to loose weight, it's the adjustment to a new lifestyle for sustainable Weightloss, at what ever body composition you come to. By the way, Pepsi Max is my favourite poison, nothing bad in moderation. Just eat the cheap ice cream and enjoy it now and again. Wish you well mate.

    I hate the new intro change it or I'm unsubscribing. OMAD is horrible for you don't do it or I'm unsubscribing. Hahahaha just giving you crap cause you said not to! 😄 very glad to see you back doing videos...weight loss oriented or not!
