  • Chief Minister reaches out to IRBn jawans posted in New Delhi
    New Delhi, July 28 (IPR): Chief Minister Mr Prem Singh Tamang met with the IRBn jawans of the 1st Battalion, Sikkim Police, who are currently posted with Delhi Police at Wazirabad.
    During the interaction at Old Sikkim house, the Chief Minister enquired regarding their duties, heard their grievances and held discussions on matters related to their service.
    Chief Minister commended the jawans for their relentless dedication in providing security and service while being away from their families.
    The programme was followed by dinner with the IRBn jawans and officials, celebrating their commitment and perseverance.
    Chief Minister further extend warm wishes to the jawans for their continued exemplary service to the nation, state, and society.
    Also present on the occasion were Forest Minister Govt of Sikkim, Mr Pintso Namgyal Lepcha, MLA Mr NB Pradhan, Principal Resident Commissioner Mr AK Chand, Secretary CMO Dr SD Dhakal, Special DGP Mr Sridhar Rao , Commandant IRBn Mr Palden Bhutia and other senior officials and staff.
