Demo of Cort AD810 OP acoustic guitar. What you hear is just a random improvisation(no particular song). Guitar taken straight from the box. No post processing, besides volume normalization for comfortable performance.

Picked one of these used yesterday. Wasn’t expecting too much and just wanted a cheap guitar to get back into as a hobby. I was blown away by the sound of this acoustic for the price I paid. I’ve owned a $1000 Martin about 5 years ago and this guitar sounds very similar to that Martin for so much cheaper. I’m now a believer in Cort!

Playability and tone of this instrument is exceptional for the price. I prefer the tone of Cort's Eastern Mahogany the tone to Yamaha's Meranti in their competing F310. The neck is and string spacing is nicer to fret as well. I say that as a fan of both brands generally owning more Yamaha guitars than Cort.

@@purbayansaha I agree ! Fender is definitely better than Cort. However I recently tried it out in a store and found it quite difficult to play. The tone was a bit harsh and buzzy for my taste. Maybe it's got to do with the playing style/skill. Did you try out Yamaha 310 or the epiphones before choosing this. How has the experience been with this guitar?

it doesn't come with rosewood finish anymore, it will be very hard to find one also, you should check local retailers maybe they might have it in stock

Hi,may I ask compare the cort ad810 & Cort af510 which one is more worth to buy?
In my honest opinion, both are worth to buy, but depend. Like the sound, ad810 is more loud and af510 is more detailed. Some ppl said ad810 better for strumming and af510 is better for fingerplucking/style, solo. I think it doesnt matter which style r u playing, but which sound you like the most.
Damn just bought this guitar that arrives today. Will I be able to be play like one day? Only time will tell.

It's an amazing guitar, I bought it 2 months ago and it sounds just like the real songs (I'm using it with Elixir's strings by the way).
Is there any difference in the sound quality of nylon string and steel strings or the default strings on the guitar??
Nylon strings are on a classical guitar, they sound like Spanish romance, while steel strings are on the acoustic guitar and sound like cowboy themed music.
The AD810 is a traditional steel stringed Acoustic guitar. You would NOT fit nylon strings to this guitar. If you want a nylon stringed guitar, buy one. Traditionally nylon strings are associated with Classical guitar, but these days manufacturers make a limited range of Acoustic guitars specifically set up intended for use with nylon strings. Corts AD810 is not one of them.
Trust me.......it sounds even better when you play it......so don't think so much just go for this ♥️
Does it hurt your fingers? I wanna buy my first guitar and this one seems very interesting
When you start playing guitar it hurts your fingers tooo much ....even it will cause blisters on your fingers.....but after a week you would not even feel the strings.......it doesn't matter on the guitar...every beginner faces this problem.....just don't loose hope keep playing♥️

@@themonalisa8819 your goal in playing guitar is to have blisters on your finger, so you wouldn't feel any pain while playing the guitar. Your fingers will definitely hurt when you play a guitar for the first time, doesn't matter what guitar you buy, it will hurt if you play it for the first time. My mom bought this guitar and it sounded so warm and so good to my ears, I suggest going to a guitar store and telling them to lower the strings of this guitar (low action) so it would feel amazing while playing

I bought cort ad 880 NS few days ago which is exactly same as cort ad810.I had hopes that it would produce same sound as ad810 but after watching this video i realized they sound different..Is it because of the strings are diff or is it because its a new guitar and takes time to get into original tone or are those guitars different.Please help i am worried if i purchased the wrong product 🙏🏻
First of all remember you are listening to a guitar played by other player in different room, thought microphone. Speaker or headphones you use also change the sound. There's a huge chance it really sounds similar. Maybe strings are in fact old due to long storage time for example but depending on my own expirience Cort quality was rather repeatable. You need to necessary try to borrow 810 or test in a shop

Hy. My problem was the same when I was looking after some good and cheap guitar. I listened dozens of demos on youtoube of yamaha fg 800 or epiphone aj 220 or Fender cd 60s.and when I went to shops to test them.... Boom. They sound different.. In the videos great sound... In reality poor sound. Until one guy whici made a demo with an Epiphone Aj 220 recognized that he uses an upgraded guitar. Changed the strings, changed the plastic bridge pins, saddle and nut whici is common to most under 300-400 dollár guitars... So finally did the same. Bought a Fender CD 60s All Mahagony. Put some Elixir strings, tusq nut, nubone saddle from graph tech and some ebony bridge pins from Aliexpres. And surprise... The guitar changed a lot. Sounded much alive... Since than I sold it and tested several other, and finally bought from Aliexpres with less than 300 dollar a full solid Spruce and Santos grand auditorium from V-glorify shop. Great choice and not regret. On this one I changed only the strings (put some Elixir) and the plastic pins (put some ebony). It came with bone nut and saddle and now sounds and look like a more expensive guitar... So if you do not want to spend a fortune to upgrade your guitar I recomand you to search on Aliexpres for bone nut, saddle and bridge pins (will cost you 15 dollar) change your strings (Elixir is the best, but Martin or Earnie Ball are preaty good to), and hear the difference. Your guitar will sound much better.... More alive... I upgraded like this cheap guitars also (100 dollar guitars or less) for myself or friends and quite a big change on them. Good luck.

I dont think so. If you are buying normal size (not child one) It should be good. I also bought one online but i think its better to try it out first cause its not 100% sure that it will match your style etc. But if you are sure with a model - buy one online
no problem if you buy online, go to Bothners, it will pop up as paul bothners, click that, once you are in search Cort AD180 Dreadnaught, it is on a special as well, just for the acoustic AD180 its under 2 grand, but for the AD180E which is electric and acoustic, would be about 2.6

The Cort for sure ... Mahogany always gives a better tone plus the string spacing is 11.5 mm on the cort, which is better than the f310 with 10mm

@@harshil1966 both are renowned brands, durability should not be a problem on either, about sound I prefer the Cort. Check the bridge,neck,tuners and strings as soon as you receive the guitar, of theres a fault In any of those it's best to return it, if all is good, the guitar will be good for 5-6 years

Before l bought this gitar l have yamaha f310..this more smooth than f310..yamaha sound more fat bass..this cort more crunchy..like piano sound when you play midnight..smooth only touch or pick it will be make sound...easy too learn...vibrato..l have groovy fg japan jumbo too..but cort more clean sound..

@@raghavraman2085 the first one looks like a e minor The second one is pretty confusing. Not sure about it. The third is G major and then it's a Dmajor And then he goes on to improvise. The improvisation is upto you
Ok I got the second chord
Put your 1st finger on the second fret of the D string. Your second or middle finger on the third fret of the A string and your third finger on the third fret of the B string. The shape is pretty much of the G major chord. Maybe it's a sharp. Not very good at theory 😅

Yamaha F310 is more like an Grand Auditorium than Dreadnought (AD810). Hard to compare since these represent slighlty different body shape.

Cort ma lepsze pasmo - więcej treści/średnicy, ale z intonacją nie ma szału i ciężko powiedzieć jak wrażliwe będą te dechy na ogólne warunki przechowywania. HB jest zwyczajnie poprawny. Inaczej mówiąc...nie ma się czego czepić w tej cenie, ale ogólne wrażenie nie powoduje zachwytu z zaskoczenia.

You are referring to Yamaha F280 (AFAIK made in India for Indian market only). Darek Wawrzyniak is from Europe. So there is no way to compare these two instruments unless you live in Asia. In Europe from entry-level Yamaha models you can actually only buy F310 (made in Indonesia) which is 150% the price of this Cort. The price tag changes a lot. Besides, Yamaha has a different sound (but it obviously also depends on the strings you use) than Cort and both types have their fans.
I am from India and trust me Cort AD810 is way better than Yamaha F280 in sound and build quality
@@supriyodas2218 We don't have the F280 in Australia, but get the F310 like ROW. If I had to choose between it and the Cort AD810 OP, I'd choose the Cort hands down.

@@supriyodas2218 I have both the AD810 OP and AF510 OP. Necks are the same so swapping between them is instinctive. Love them both. Tremendous value for money. Purchase of both of them owe me less than my Yamaha APX600!
