That's not quite a Red Tailed Hawk. You'll see him plucking feathers out of the prey he captured, so you can tell he caught another bird. Red Tailed Hawks rarely catch other birds, they mostly catch small mammals. Also, this hawk has a long striped grey tail, which only Cooper's Hawk and Sharp Shinned Hawks have! I'm thinking its a Cooper's Hawk, because its the same size as a crow, whereas a Sharp Shinned Hawk is Blue-Jay sized!
