I reconfigured the stretch cords on the back so that I can roll up a jacket and run it horizontally in there because the way it comes is not very practical.
Great solution if you need to run something longer. The way the bottom of the bungie is woven, as it comes from the shop, is to keep things from falling out the bottom. But you're 100% right that if you'd like to run a jacket in a longer roll, you can simply undo the knot below the bungie keeper and reroute to your personal needs. Hope the vest is treating you well and thanks for your support!
The point of all this is if you can afford to buy this vest you will not be disappointed! I have never worn a vest even close to the quality and comfort of a Final Rise vest!
Try one of those breathe right strips while your doing a lot of hiking. They are great.

@@finalrise I absolutely love the vest. It's one of best pieces of gear I've ever owned!

Wing Works, although it's hard to even buy one now.
Do you find the pockets of the summit not having magnets to be a problem?
The one thing I do like over my Wing Works is 4 water bottles.
What dog box is that?
besides the kitchen sink, how about a tourniquet?
Someone is probably using the Breathe Right Strips like Steri Strips.
Get yourself cable sheers instead of those wire snips you showed. No point in packing something that won’t do the job.
A set of quality bicycle cable cutters will make quick work of a snare. A lot smaller than most sheers.
