Those were definitely human bones. The landowner said that land was a hotspot for Native American tribes and they have found over 200 arrowheads there over the years.
I got a call from the Division of Archeology this morning. They are Native American from the Woodland period. Most likely 500-1000 years old but could be up to 3000 years old.

Yep, they're common, and people do go missing presumably down a hole or off a cliff now and then. It just has to be deep enough and smooth enough that you can't climb back out. Six feet would be enough to be a death trap in a lot of cases. I encounter a lot of potential killer pits in the wilderness, sometimes hidden under vegetation or moss.

As for bones @ 3:14 yes those appear to be mostly Human Bones. You have the top of the skull, or "skull cap" then to the right a partial pelvis, I think human though the rounded top area called the "iliac crest" is really large! Male and female pelvis's are shaped different- the female round in the center for childbirth, the male more narrow. It would be hard to say without measurements and a better evaluation. The two "long bones" could be human, but the largest Femur bone (upper leg bone) is pretty darn large for a human (this would be from hip to knee with the top rounded ball that fits in the pelvis, or "hip socket. Maybe femur just looks huge in the video, or the person was huge! The shorted broken long bone could be a human femur- with the top broken off. Very Cool explore! Thanks for taking us along!

Guys I've seen a lot of your videos and as an old retired caver who has seen many this is one of your best cave adventures. The crystal rooms were exquisite and that vertical dynamic rope climb was nothing short of ballsy. And the nice spooky touch for stories around the came fire was the half skull and leg bone and what may have been a pelvic bone... just awesome. This cave is HUGE! The ropes mean someone has been there before, and it seems like a lot of people have been there, but not in quite a while. The end was the best part! Love those old rimstone pools and clear formations. It's those types of formations that make it all worth the effort. I was in a cave in Hungary formed from sulfuric acid, and the entire cave was so crystally and sparkled that it was like being inside a giant snowball. At 32:20 in the rimstone pool it looks like it was a field of dolomite crystals. I love the fact that this type of beauty is under people's feet and property, and they have no idea. Wicked cool cave gentlemen & watta crazy find always wondered if any of those missing 411 people have accidentally fell into one ro never to be found. Maybe just maybe some family somewhere could finally get closure. My geuss is a hunter gone missing or some other outdoor activity if not thought they could explore the cave solo for whatever reason. Please make a video update in the future after they investigate it. Talk about leaving the audience in a hanger wondering, hoping for answers, Be safe & happy adventures y'all.

Someone probably fell in straight from the surface centuries ago thd color suggests mineral absorbtion that's typical in bones a few hundred years old . what ELSE did you find ? Any trash metal or possessions of said skeleton. The way that cranium was on a shelf. Someone's been down there in fact quite a few people i think because of the ropes and carabiners
