So many of us US citizens regard Jan 6th as an Insurrection, planners who plotted the "Stop the Steel" campaign as Sedition. Any US citizen, in my opinion and opinions like my own, regard Donald John Trump as a National Security Threat and Criminal - both on separate cases and issues. The first time I ever became aware of the existence of Michael Cohen, years ago, he described Donald Trump perfectly. He stated that...from an intellectual standpoint...he would flunk the third grade. He has virtually no knowledge of science, history, mathematics or language. He would never turn in homework or complete assignments. He does, however, possess a trait of genius...the ability to cheat. I sort of chuckled and flipped over to the ballgame. Eight years later, Michael Cohen's words have proven to be 100% accurate.

Weissman makes an excellent point on how the prosecution will use the fact that Cohen "was not a charitable" guy to show how Trump was the driving force behind committing the felonies.
All that matters is that he goes to jail. The jury and judge can have all the evidence in the world and still let him go. A huge part of me expects that to happen, and I'm not alone.

Heard someone say that if convicted he could be taken to jail right then and there BUT most white collar criminals are let go to get their affairs in order, then come back for sentencing.
