You know what would be great? A Nintendo themed bar, where all the drinks are puns or references. Just off the top of my head I can come up with Tropical Squeeze, Mariojito and Mega Manhattan.
I can imagine a game of poker in your basement. Everyone starts playing poker, shuffling cards, but then everyone is busy looking around in the room and not paying attention lol. Then everyone gets up and says, "Screw Poker - lets just play Nintendo!" Very nice work Lithium I enjoy following you over the years my good sir to the North!
Okay. I think you need to pivot now. The bar table/NES theme is ace. Very cool! But it's not matching everything else in that room. So. Wood panel on all the walls in that area, push the red chairs/larger TV in corner next to your secret Ikea shelf. Then get an actual bar/mixer station next to that bar area, and move a lot of the collectibe shelfs in the opposite walls where the TV used to be. Larger TV for that room. Poker table. Felt/top needs to change. I'm sure you can find/print/cut a perfect vinyl of half Mario/Zelda on top of the table. You're running into an issue where you are almost out of space and a lot of the stuff is not matching together the way it was before. Keep the game collectible on the default side, and make the bar side a "BAR" side. Do it 100% or just leave it be. Love the content/journey. Keep it coming!

Hey! You're doing a great job with the renovation! I have rearranged my Toy Story Collectibles on my shelves so they would be more organized after seeing that your renovating this Nintendo Collection Room.
I think having it behind the couch would fit the best, especially with the fridge being close by. The pokeball table would also work in the other space like you said and you can use the small chairs as like a foot stool if you want to prop your feet up.
I enjoy symmetry myself, i would go for 4 chairs.Still love the SNES keyboard, it is my favorite console :) I think the NES Table going where the Pokeball table is would be highly contrasting with the Gamecube and more modern consoles displayed there.
I really like the idea of the PokéBall table in the expansion along with the Pokémon Wall and the handhelds and the NES Bar with the N64/GameCube wall. Even behind the couch. And if you do decide to put the Pokémon Wall in the expansion and don’t have anything to put on the old Pokémon Wall, you could try putting the NES bar on there. But otherwise I like the NES Bar with the home consoles instead of in the expansion with the Pokémon Wall and Handhelds
An idea of something you could do in the new area of the room is use a snes with a super gameboy and gameboy player on the gamecube so you can play your handhelds on the tv but it’s kind if unnecessary

Good question - initially I thought it was a lot, but if you look at it per month it isn't that bad. I guess they need to pay licenses for Rare, Konami, Sega etc.
