I like the idea of the ships offering tours to the public, can have weddings on the decks, have haunted ship tours during October, and Christmas decoration contests between ships in the various ports during December.
Thanks for these streams, I picked up UA:D from these and the game is so fun. Also, currently listening to Star Track on the podcast so "Speghett Transport" cracked me up.

@@e-train765 nice, honestly look forward to what comes next, I’m a little burned out, like most I suppose, everything is so repetitive/predictable and over the top responses to you as the player and no real options, to effect or change anything in the slightest, no matter what you choose, always the same response. No way to manipulate the NPC’s all they do, always is instant war, or order 10 million ships, trying to bankrupt you and you can’t control anyone’s opinion as all they do is negative, unless you bankrupt yourself, for them. Or stupid countries attacking you…like when I try to Italians or Spain. I have a small number of big ships, especially BB’s…a decent amount of CA’s and even more CL’s, DD’s too…all insanely advanced, and lots of CL’s and DD’s…like one CA, a few CL’s or so and lots of very good DD’s…I literally murder any fleet sent after me, sure if they out number me enough, they’ll wipe out my fleet…but they are taking 3-4 to 1 in tonnage losses, let alone crew to achieve that…yet all they do continually attack, for years at a time, decade after decade. Even at my nicest, to everyone, all the NPC’s do is try to gang bang me, non stop. So I quit playing, sure it’s fun winning a world war, against most of the world at Spain or Italy…but it gets tiresome, when I have to micro manage every little detail. And the only thing I can effect is battle outcomes, as none of the rest matters, no matter what you do. And the whole time reinacting 40k, all there is war, blah, blah, I can’t control ground troops, or my Allie’s as the lead nation among them. Etc. they’re trying to civ or total war. Without all the good mechanics that makes those good…like I’m tired of having to fight all my Allie’s and most of the rest of the “world” when all the nations I’m “Allie’s” with and bees selling the most advanced ships on earth to won’t come help me, with even one boat. And those are ships that I will and do best the UK and the US, and most European powers, china or Japan all at once, well seeing them ships, and they won’t help me, like no, piss off, this is stupid. My record so far was close to 30 years of constant war against all major world powers, peace would happen, next turn, back to war…just done until significant changes that actually make it realistic. As now…I would be king of th world. And only in constant war, against idiots throwing useless ships at me, that are 20-30 or more years out of date…and I’m winning, but they collapse, come right back. Declare war again…used to be fun, but then you made it worse in some ways, and never actually improved it.
Playing this today--load time for the Campaigns hasn't improved. Have something to watch, because this thing will take 15 minutes or more to contemplate.
I gotta find out like. How to search for and train youtube's algorithms to feed me this jazzy big band music stuff that Tex has been putting in his videos. Is this a cover of St James' Infirmary?
Well in terms of genre you will be wanting to look up the terms 'Dixieland Jazz', 'New Orleans Jazz' and 'Trad Jazz' (all 3 are mostly the same thing more or less, terms depend more on who and where you ask lol).
And I have no idea why you’re having such a hard time loading the game to play…mine works completely fine, had been the most stable ever since the beta…at least for me, I occasionally have a kinda long load time. Like a minute or so, but has always loaded and worked, that’s odd, maybe you got a corrupt file or what not in it.
