For those who say that push-ups doesnt work i will say this : they work, BUT while doing standard push up you push 67% of yourbody weight. While doing the ring/ trx push up, the instability makes the exercise more difficult and challenging. After a while you gain endurance for push ups but cant see growth. Ofc you can do harder variations like decline or one arm and frow your chext until a certain point. I think Adam ia talking about the standard one.

Absolutely, throughout the whole range of motion.
And don't forget to warm up ur WRISTS before doing any bodyweight movements like pushups, dips, handstand... .
