    The guys did a great job setting up the stand for the lp tank.
    But when setting up the second one it's better to measure in a X instead of an I I, that way you can detect when it's offset. With I I you can only detect rotation and it can still end // or \\ . With X when the numbers match it's a hit

    Looking at the “rust” on the bottom of your diesel tank, might I suggest when you move the tank back, that you put down a concrete pad and isolate the tank from the pad with blocks of rubber. If the tank comes in direct contact with the concrete, you have the possibility of rust, again.

      Used to coat the bottom of tank with tar and then tarpaper for a barrier . Had to do that about every couple years. Was in the project several times in the chemical industry

      Yes. Mostly because we offer and utilize are own equipment for most jobs. So when a contractor comes out we usually are expected if not encouraged to help.

    Man crane operators always amazing me by their skill and touch with heavy awkward objects as well as many equipment operators. I'm still on skid steers with hopes to work my way up to bigger more fun toys to run! Awesome work!

      I agree, I can't imagine paying somebody to drop and drag a huge investment like that. Skilled installation could rotate and set that tank in one pick, (and do it much safer.) I'm almost speechless watching this crew, I can't believe it..

    Hey Zach, I can tell you John Deere planter is a “little” out of whack, ever thought of a kinze? On our farm, we have 4 kinze planters row and we have little problems with them, now I’m not saying that they will be perfect, but they are awesome planters.       Considering what the crane was set up on and the pads under the floats, the crane guy doesn't appear to have tons of expirence. The man basket on the crane was extremely illegal lol and the pads were well undersized, no safety gear on what's so ever, outriggers weren't taped off for swing zone, tires not off ground, I'm sure this dude was riding his line with the computer in rigging mode.

    used to run a fertilizer plant with an anhydrous vessel and an LP vessel. I guess some times theynto use the LP for anhydrous. you had to sweep out the lp inside. Guy who did it said it was so dark a flashlight would only shine about 2 feet!

    You should replant the grove with some native fruit and nut trees and shrubs. I’m sure the kids would love the food plot for wildlife. You could hunt from the comfort of the hot tub.

    So jealous of your weather over there. Couple hours north of me in New Zealand they just got 400+mm of rain in 2 or 3 days and been nothing but torrential down here for weeks. Been rough.

      Use a lot in the fall , plus transport
      Delivery in the off season is much
      Cheaper.

    Wow. You and Nate covered a lot of ground in one day.
    Gas tank. Having that old bin base to use for the tank is great. Gas tank was heavy at 10,000 pounds. Went well.
    Propane tank; lots of leveling and adjusting but in the end you all got it. Looks good the way you have it setup.
    Nice work all.
    Lots and lots of big machinery today. Got the job done.
    Zach you and Nate did a great job of making sure things were the way you wanted them. Takes time and caring. Looks great.

    The first time the new tank fell on the supports was pretty bad. I thought I saw the tank bend.
    It might be a good idea to pressure test it.

    Zach -- You shoulda had that trackhoe operator give you a bucket ride by raising the bucket and spinning the cab on the trackbase. LOL. I had an operator do that with me once back in '78 when I was a young pup working construction. It was a big thrill. It was in a Koehring Excavator about twice the size of the one you guys are using there. He cranked that big ole Detroit Diesel and away we went! LOL

    Curious why the LP tank was not set on the truck with the flanges on top in the first place so the crew would not have had to struggle rotating it so much? Interesting video!
