The interviewer started this so calm and compassionate, by the end she's snappy and visibly irritated. You can see in real time how attempting to have a discussion with someone like AH just brings out the worst in everyone.

What is she expecting to come from doing this interview? Is she that wrapped up in her own lies that she believes this will hold any credibility after that trial? This is absolutely insane.

As a survivor of DV I'm angry at AH and her lies. There was plenty of evidence showing she's a liar, and also plenty of evidence showing JD was the one being abused by her. She has nothing more to lose because her career is dead, she is broke and her dignity never mattered to her anyway. What could be the consequences of her lies then? Jail time? While I'm not a victim of domestic abuse, I've had people like her in my life (all men, they were manipulative, pathological liers, using DARVO all the time, etc...) ... I've listened to all the tapes and they make her look worse than the short clips. They were so hard to listen to I had to stop and take several breaks to emotionally protect myself. The gaslighting she does to him is heartbreaking and infuriating.

I genuinely believe that Amber thinks that when Johnny walked away from a situation, her mind translated that as neglect and then abuse. I don't think she understands that it's not abusive to another person to walk away from a situation for your own sanity. I wonder if this stems from her childhood trauma? Maybe abandonment issues? If so, she needs CBT and psychotherapy to help her with that. My experience with trauma is you gotta learn from it and learn to live with it, not repeat it.
She definitely has abandonment issues, that's a big part of her mental illness. And as an adult is her responsibility to get treatment for. She is responsible for her own mental health. Nobody else except her.
My cousin is going through a horrific divorce very similar to this. I always told him let her keep talking because she will out herself being overly confident in her lies. Yes, there is an evidentiary rule that says a person has the right to introduce a full recording if a partial recording is presented to a jury. So the full recordings must have been worse if Amber’s team didn’t ask to have them admitted as evidence

As a person that watched the ENTIRE trial, including the long boring parts. I didn't need a meme or tiktok to decide she was lying. I don't even have tiktok or Twitter, no social media at all! All I watched with the actual trail and a few RUclips videos with commentary 😂. Trust me after hours of sitting there in the courtroom, im sure the last thing the jury wants to go home and do is jump online and see more stuff about the trial they already know!

The interviewer, Savannah Guthrie, did an excellent job - for those who don't know, she's also a lawyer/has a law degree. Also, the tapes were all entered into evidence in their entirety; that's why lawyers for both sides would specify what parts they were playing. The jury had access to listen to everything together in the privacy of their deliberation room, not just what the lawyers chose to play in court.

This journalist is either quite diplomatic or so skillful in conversation that she could fool you into thinking she's on your side- so that you let down your guard enough to tell more of your story. I remember in her interview with Elaine- even Asmon was thinking she was team Amber and called her stupid. But in Ben & Camille's interview , she seemed very happy for them and asked respectful questions.
Now though, facing AH, the journalist was thin-lipped and squinting. This aligns with most people (even empaths) being unable to empathise with AH's poor acting.

I've watched the interviewers (Savannah Guthrie) from the start. She used to be a really good journalist. As time went on as she worked for NBC, she has really shown herself to be a phony journalist. I used to watch Morning Joe when they first started and she used to do pieces for them. Chuck Todd, Her, Joe and Mica all have totally became activist and radical journalists supporting the radical left agenda. Remember she did a huge interview with Trump when he was running the second time. She asked such biased questions and questions that were not fair and balanced. She tried to rile him up and get u der his skin. I believe the interview is still on YT. Morning Joe used to be a joy to watch. They shifted to everything non trump instead of being impartial and never said a bad thing about Joe Biden. Savannah used to be a joy to watch, and so joyful about her career. Something is very wrong with CNN and NBC, ABC. It's sickening. Diane Sawyer used to be a pleasure to watch. She asked tough questions and edgy questions that really made for a good conversation and would look at it from both sides. Same with Barbara Walters. These ladies were amazing interviews. The Robert Blake jail Interview, etc. Savannah can't hold a candle to those ladies.

The jury is most likely going to side with the victim. AH just wasn’t the victim in this case. If I recall correctly re: the cameras if one party wants them they’re going to be allowed- and I don’t wish any victim of abuse more harm, but at the same time certainly makes an example of the one doing the abusing…
