I came up with a similar idea but Use an empty papertowel cardboard roll and cut holes in it. stick the cardboard roll in the glove and then stick a hair dryer to the end of it so it blows air thru the roll and the holes in the roll vent the air out thru the glove. I eventually came up with the idea to use multiple rolls and cut and taped them into a Y shape so that i could use one hair dryer to blow air into both gloves at the same time. It works really well and dries them out in less than 10 mins
Have you ever tryed silica gel bags? I think they could work too. There are small ones like the ones that come with shoes when they are new or inside pill bottles but you can also get bigger ones, there are many sizes.

Would this still work if the gloves are already old and smelly?
If your gloves are already smelly try throwing some baking soda in them for a day or so then poor it out should be smelling alot better
