- Banchan are simple Korean side dishes served with every meal. They are full of fresh vegetables, nuts, fruits, and seafood. Today on Kwon’s Corner we’re going to learn how to make Korean side dishes, namely: sigeumchi muchim, kongnamul muchim, myeolchi bokkeum, and gyeran mari; or spinach salad, beansprout salad, stir-fried anchovies, and a rolled omelet. They are simple, fast, healthy and delicious. Kwon’s Corner teaches easy Korean recipes every single week. Let’s get started!

I have noticed that a few of these vegetable side dishes are the things in bibimbap. Does that mean, bibimbap is just an egg and some sauce on these side dishes? Does that mean you can use any/lots of different of those side dishes to make a bibimbap? Neat!

Nice. I am a Sri Lankan studying in S.Korea. I recommend crack and pour eggs separately to a small bowl one by one in case you will not add spoiled egg to the main mixture of eggs.
