Hi, I have a zenith 750. I had the stock oil cooler mounted on the front of the motor, with the supplied rubber buffer mounts. In flight, the oil cooler would flex and hit the oil pan. It was actually wearing in to the pan. Did you do anything special with your oil cooler mount? Thanks.
Hi, Chuck! Thanks for the heads up. I rigged up a prototype mount that I think is pretty good (better than thw one I showed in a previous video), but I haven't tested it yet with the cowling. I used an L extrusion and metal support brace to hold it in place. I'll post a video about that soon.

Is it a solid mount or are you using some sort of rubber anti vibration set up?
exhaust ....you at least have a collector and a pibe ....Why not a muffler to take the noise way down ?
